Mark the owner was very responsive to come look at the deck and provide a quote. He came out within two days. It was early in the season and he recommended that it wait until it warmed up. A few weeks later I called to follow up to schedule as I had a party planned. He was accommodating and indicated that the work would be done in time. They did the power washing on one day and then let it dry. They came back within the week to sand and apply the 2 coats of quality Cabot stain. The deck looks great compared with its previous condition. When the guy was done he gave me two open but half full gallons of stain so I could use it for any touch ups in the future. The one disappointing thing is that Mark called me a few days later to check on my satisfaction of the work and then proceeded to say he underestimated the amount of stain and would be adding $40 to the original quote for an additional gallon. I agreed, was billed, and paid it. In hindsight I should have protested.

Mark, the owner, answered my call right away and we were able to make an appointment for an estimate. He had to cancel the first appointment because a cold snap broke a valve on his machine. He called to let me know about the problem. We rescheduled, and he came out and did all the power washing in one day. The work was great, and Mark was easy to deal with. Given how late in the year it was, Mark would not do the deck staining unless we got a couple of days of good sunny weather before winter (great consultative selling). When he came out to do the work on the last nice day in November, he was unable to use his power sprayer due to the wind (which significantly increases the amount of time it takes to do the work), but Mark did not try to renegotiate the original estimate. Given the type of stain I had chosen, and the cool weather, we wound up needing to rub the deck down with dry cloths (I helped with this). This also took extra time, but the final work product was great.

They were excellent. I called for an appointment, they returned the call within an hour, and the power wash was scheduled within a week. On the appointed day, they called to say there was a problem with the truck and would the following day be satisfactory. It was. They came the next day, noticed some chipped paint, and called to say they would go lightly over the chipped paint areas so as not to take the paint off. It's the best powerwashing job we have ever had. Mark was on top of the task the whole time.

Mark was responsive and reliable. He came when he said he would and did a great job.

Called twice within three week period and never received a return call. I believe this is very unprofessional for a company.

Mark was able to give me a verbal quote based on the deck dimmensions. They were able to start the job immediately and it was finished quickly.

Job completed promptly (within nine days of first contact). Less expensive (by $200) than the only other quote I received. The pressure washing was great. The painting was just OK (a little brown paint got on the house, and some small patches at the bottom of the deck rails were not painted). I'd definitely hire them again for pressure washing; not sure about painting.

My wife said Mark was busy and she called him a number of times to get his attention for this small job (hence the ''B'', but on the day of the job he was very good at keeping in touch about running a bit late), but he arrived on the agreed date (with about 4 helpers who both watched him and did a good part of the work), and did what he said he would do. I thought the price was reasonable (really no idea what the norms are), but said ''B,'' because it could've been a bit lower.

MARK WAS REASONABLY PRICED, ALWAYS FOLLOWED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.

VERY THOROUGH, SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND DID MORE THAN NEEDED. HOUSE WAS FILTHY, DUE TO EXTREME WINTER AND SPRING, AND NOW LOOKS LIKE NEW. I PLAN ON USING HIM AGAIN NEXT YEAR!

MARK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE DECK LOOKS GREAT. HE EVEN CAME BACK TO RE-SAND AND RE-STAIN AN AREA I THOUGHT WAS STILL ROUGH, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS SERVICES.
