Under Pressure Power Washing

Overall, the experience was poor. I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List. He kept saying he'd be at my home, but never showed up. I had to leave voicemails but they were very unresponsive. I had to keep calling for about 4-5 days, then I finally had to get a refund for this Deal.

I couldn't be more pleased with the power washing job that Mark and Caleb did on my house which was covered with green mildew. It came out great and the price was reasonable. When I first called Mark, the owner, answered the phone and within and hour I had a price quote (thanks goodness for Google Earth!). I appreciate it when my call is answered first by a person and second by the person who is going to do the work. Mark kept me in the loop about when they were going to do the work and they showed up when they said they would. Very professional, right down to the equipment they used and how they conducted themselves throughout, from the first phone call to wrapping up the work. Can't say enough and this is all they do, so that was important to me.

Mark was responsive and had an estimate to me within hours of my first contact. Despite the distance from Natick to where I live, he showed up on the day he promised and did a fantastic job. The siding on the house looks brand new again. I would not hesitate to use again.

LIKE everyone else we had ice and snow on our roof recently. I saw a pressure washing truck in the area and made an inquiry. The company wanted $3000 and a quick answer from me about performing the service of cleaning the ice from our gutters. My realtor recommended UNDER PRESSURE instead of this other company. They could not have been more nice or fair in pricing. The came out immediately and removed some icicles for us and promised to come back very soon and clear channels so that our gutters could move again. They did exactly that. They were all very cheerful, prompt and professional. They were fully insured.

This guy is too good to be true. Down to earth. Did way more than the $225 was to cover and I said I woudl pay him extra before he did the work and when he was doen adn I offered to pay him he said, "dont worry about it". Oh yeah, and the work was great too-- I am astonished at what you can wash off of a house. I thought my house needed to be repainted. It just needed a washing.

Showed up on time, very professional, worked diligently through downpours to complete the house and deck with excellent results. Initially concerned when both Limonene and bleach were to be used (Limonene was advertised), but bleach (and crew) caused no damage to grounds. The bleach also worked great to clean mildew from trex deck and keep it clean this summer. Removed all algae from colony on north side of house and deck railing. Overall great job, would hire again. Quoted 9 people for our house after first few estimates were twice what we expected. Under Pressure had amongst the best price, but they were also recommended by Angie's, so it made the decision doubly easy.

missed the Big Deal promo for Under Pressure since we were away on vacation. Contacted them directly, and owner agreed on a price nearly as good as the special. They came out within 10 days, worked quickly, efficiently, and did a very good job. Did some extra cleaning of some mildew spots on the roof for just $25 more. Very helpful and respectful worker.

He power washed the whole house and cleaned out the gutters(not sure if there was an extra charge for that yet)-- He was extremely friendly and reponsive and we talked about the condition of the roof and he said his boss would give us a call and come out and look at it to see if there was too much moss to be cleaned up there.

Mark was diligent about being on-time both with his estimate and showing up for work. He came with a truck full of equipment, promptly connected it to our water outlet and started washing the house. To my surprise, within 2.5 hours, he managed to wash away all mold from the siding and soffits while keeping the paint intact even in places where it was loose. On the down side, he did not wash in a few obscure places, so I wish I'd pointed those out before he started washing. Still, I'm very satisfied with his job.

They were very responsive and called us back right away. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they answered all of our questions in a very helpful manner. The actual work was done efficiently and the workers were very kind to our small children who wanted to watch the and wave at them the whole time. The work was done perfectly. The removed al the mildew stains on our white trim and our house is super clean.

The crew was very professional and concerned with doing a good job. Extras - went up on the roof to remove branches and dirt as part of the cleanup job.

He was very good and did an excellent job. He was thorough, clean, trustworthy and personable and I will use him again.

I paid $900 on that work. They were a little sloppy and I wasn?t here when they did it and had to have them come back and touch some areas. They did come back and correct it.

They were great and fantastic. The experience was 100 percent positive. They were very responsive and very professional. It was a great value.

very happy with this service. came to take care of the job within a couple of days. came on time, did what he said he would do, and for the price quoted. Deck looks great. He washed the deck, the fence, the walls, the windows. Everything within reach. We recommend him highly and will be contracting with him again next year.

They were very responsive. I was under a deadline and they were able to work my job into their schedule. The job was done professionally, on time, and with care. They did a nice job keeping the surroundings clean.

The house looks great! When I came home, I noticed a brown spot in the front of the house. I called Mark up and he explained why that happened and had someone come out to wash it for me. He also mentioned any problem areas (including how clogged with dirt our gutters were). I've had neighbors comment on how "bright" our house looks now.

They showed up on time when they said they would. They were professional and friendly. They finished the work within two half days and they had it completed when they said they would. They also cleaned up when they were finished. I'm actually going to call them to come out again soon.

They came and made comments like the house and deck were far too big for them and it would take several days to get the job done. In actuality, they finished in 3 hours, but did a very sloppy and incomplete job. They got stain on everything that was under my porch and didn't open the door of the shed when they stained, so that now there is a very noticeable white frame around it. Mark sent them back 3 times, never telling me when they were coming. This one guy actually told me to get the guys who were painting my neighbor's house to come and do their work. He said to offer them donuts and then they'd do it. I complained to Mark and told him I'd have to report this on Angie's List and he came right away. I'm still maybe only 80% satisfied. There are some black marks on the house that won't come off.

The house looks great. They were easy to deal with. We are very happy.

Was able to contact Mark right away. He was very professional and tried to be accommodating. After the appointment was scheduled, I came home to find the work not completed. There was no phone call indicating what happened. I called the office and re-scheduled for the following day. Following day, the appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. I called at 9:30 a.m. and he showed up at 10:00 a.m., one hour late. The house was cleaned, however I had to do the trim around the windows with soft scrub and cloth. I don't think he used the ladder to get the trouble spots. Also, my plants were not covered or appeared to have been watered and had bleach burns and many of them have died. Talked to Mark, the principle, and he was very apologizing and reduced the invoice. All in all, I think they did a good job. However, this was the first time I have had my house washed.
