Under Pressure Power Washing

It went perfectly. The guys that came out were great to work with. They took their time, inspected, re-sprayed if needed and cleaned up afterward. I will be calling them again in 2013 to clean the house, even if its just for a little touch up. They really were great to deal with. I'am kicking myself for not taking before and after pictures.

They did a great job. They were very pleasant to deal with and friendly. They seemed to work very carefully. They did a good job. They took me around and showed me what they had done. They put on a coating that guaranteed that mold would not grow for a year. That was true. I was happy with them. They sounded reasonable. They did a really good job. The house looks really good.

Under Pressure showed up on time. Did a very thorough job. They checked their worked when finished and rewashed areas that needed rouching up. Very happy with the results.

From what I recall everything went well... if something had gone wrong I would remember it. House looked great, the crew were pros, no complaints. Price maybe wasn't the lowest, but we were plenty satisfied.

Overall I had a great experience with Uner Pressure Power Washing. My house looks great and Ronnie and Caleb were very friendly, progessional, and helpful.

I got them from Angie's List. I can't say a bad thing about them, they were great. The guys who came were Ronnie and Caleb. They were just super polite, and they showed up on time. They were really efficient and did a fantastic job. They asked me to come out and look at it in the end and made sure that I liked it and that it was good enough. They offered to power wash my walkway. They said that it would a little bit of an extra charge. I ended up saying okay. It was $40 0r $50, and it came out fantastic. So it was definitely a good suggestion. They were fantastic. I got $25 off because I found them on Angie's List. Their price was really reasonable. I had originally hired somebody else and he didn’t show up. I called on a Tuesday and I needed the house completely done by Friday. They came on Wednesday or Thursday. They came exactly when they said they were going to come and it was definitely in short notice. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The home had been sitting for a couple years before I purchased it and had lots of green mold on the siding. I requested a quote and they were very quick to respond. The service was excellent and the home looks like new again.

Tim and Chad came at around 9:15 am and did a walk around the house with me to both see the house and see where any issues might be in the process of powerwashing. We were followed around by our dog Button who both Tim and Chad adored. And knowing quality people - she only barked once when they arrived, after that - they were in! While our siding is new from last year, our trees our old and produce tremendous amounts of pollen so the siding had gotten pretty dirty in one year. They suggested a product that would help maintain the cleaning longer, got an estimate to add it - I ok'd it and they were on our way. Both Tim and Chad were great and paid great attention to every detail of the job. I was completely blown away by the results of their work! They also cleaned the gutters and cleaned the outside of the gutters, the stairs to our front and back doors, the cement foundations, and the small cement walkway that is just in front of our house. Honestly I have never in the 24 years I have lived here seen them look as good as they do! What a wonderful transformation!

The company gave me a 2 hour window of when they would be at the house and they arrived within this time frame. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. They walked around the property with me and explained the process before they started to power wash the house. It was an extremely hot day and it took them several hours to complete the job. Once completed they walked around the house with me again to make sure I was happy with the job. The house looked great and I would certainly use this company again.

I got an online estimate on Friday and the guys were at my house on Monday morning at the appointed time. Chad and Tim did the work and were excellent - professional and responsive. The house is big and they did a great job. Re-rinsed windows that were streaky at the end. Best of all, the house looks so fresh and clean, like it's been repainted. I couldn't be happier. One side of the house is dark and gets dirtier - they recommended that next time I could just get that side done rather than the whole house which sounds like great advice. I will highly recommend this company and Chad and Tim in the future!

It was a good experience with them. They were excellent. We were very pleased with them. They were great. They came when they said they will be here. I will hire them again. We would thank Angie's List for their reference. Their prices were good too, I had gotten a couple of quotes and their price was the best. We were very pleased with everything they did. They e-mailed me the quote before and then they actually added stuff on the separate quote, so if we wanted to add anything out, we knew exactly what everything was beforehand. The quotes were beautifully written up online and e-mailed to my e-mail address. We will have them next summer too. I do not think anybody could go wrong having them.

Under Pressure arrived during the two hour window when they said they would and got straight to work. They cleaned the gutters and notified me that the one above our porch was completely clogged. After unclogging the gutters, they power washed the exterior of the home and prior to leaving asked if I was happy with everything--it was like a brand new house! They pointed out a couple of places where the aluminum near the windows had oxidized and spots that would not come clean. Once they were finished with the house, I asked if they would pressure was the stone wall. This was a $100 up charge (not part of the work originally quoted) but having the house and the stone wall completely clear of the dirt, mold, mildew made such a difference in the curb appeal of our home. I would highly recommend Under Pressure to anyone looking for a power washing company that is courteous, professional, and efficient. Dealing with them was exactly the type of positive experience you hope for when you hire from Angie's List.

Getting a quote could not have been easier. I submitted a request for an estimate on their website and they emailed it to me two days later. I never had to meet them at the house to show them around (maybe they used google earth or other satellite images). The bid seemed fair so I called to make the appt. They answered the phone and made an appt for within the week. They came exactly on time. They were very professional and personable. They treated our home with respect, as if it was their own. For example, we have some mature flower gardens near one wall and they immediately recognized the need to treat that in a different way so as not to disturb it. They even moved our furniture back onto the porch afterwards, and spray/washed our car in the driveway while they were at it. And the best par is--the house looks amazing. Like it was just painted. I've had dozens of contractor of all types in this home in the past five years, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They were very quick to respond to our need for a quote and then performance of the service. The house is sparkling as well as our shed, front steps, windows and foundation. Caleb and Ronnie, who did the work were extremely professional and accompanied us on a tour of the house afte they finished. Can't say enough good things about this experience!. Just the company you want for this work!

It was straightforward, they did what they were supposed to. I was not home when they came for the service, but the house looked good when I got home.

We called Under Pressure to wash our patio and retaining wall which had been encrusted with years of dirt and moss. After they were done, the difference was amazing. The color of the concrete had changed to a bright sand from its dingy grey. We are also able to sit on the lichen encrusted wall now. Chad and Tim arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and spent over an hour cleaning. They did a wonderful job. They are extremely helpful and polite. We used them last year to power wash our home. We will certainly call on them in the future when the need arises.

I sent them an email, looking for an estimate. they responded within two days WITH an estimate. i assumed they'd respond, then at some point get around to estimating, and the whole process would take a few weeks. Instead they got me the estimate quickly, and did the service the following week.I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

They gave me an estimate, I signed and gave a deposit check for the work. Then they email me and tell me the estimate did not include the roof cleaning and it would be an additional 2 hundred plus dollar so I cancelled

When the truck arrived, thay asked me to move my car. We had moved everthing else away from the house before. The guys each introduced themselves and were friendly and polite. I even asked one to move a sand bag for me -"no problem". I highly recommend this company. My siding looks like new. I am extremely happy with their work, and their price was the best I found. First off, I think the quality of the work was superior. I had never engaged a pressure washing service before so was curious as to the outcome but I was pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness achieved and relieved to see that no damage was done to the house or the walk ways (I fear of mine previously) or the plantings around foundation. The team was certainly diligent on the cleanup part as we had one side of the house that does not get a lot of direct sunlight and is easily covered in moss/mold that was spotless. The process overall was rather painless, my feeling is that this company would prefer to remove the human element and send you to a web site to fill out the initial inquiry and then handle the discussion via email as opposed to dealing via phone. That?s OK, and it worked fine but I would still prefer a little more contact during the process. As for the cleaning itself, you do not need to be home, so I cannot comment on the specifics of the work and how it was performed as we were not there but I liked leaving a dirty house in the morning and returning to a perfectly clean one in the evening without having to alter my schedule. We do recommend these folks and will look to use them in the future.
