Under Pressure arrived on time and finished as estimated. Had to slightly modify their work statement when they arrived on site. No problem. Cost was reasonable and results were superior. Would recommend Under Pressure toevery one.

Great would use again. Great result with deck cleaning.

They came at the appointed hour and finished promptly. The house looks fabulous. i would highly recommend them.

Some difficulty scheduling, possibly due to large number of jobs queued by their Big Deal. Showed up when expected; did work quickly and effectively. No damage to plants around house. Only issue was they put a ladder over the garage door before I got the car out to go to work; next time I'll ask them to do that side last. NOTE: date and cost both very approximate.

Everything went well. They sent an electronic estimate within a day or so. They may have done that without visually inspecting the property, since we are a bit out of their service area. So we did have to go back and forth on the quote for another day or so. After we agreed on the scope of work and the price, they scheduled us and came the very next day (!). Mark was a very nice guy, and easy do deal with. He did a very thorough job and cleaned up nicely too. All in all, a great experience.

No problems they did a great job and I will use them next year.

We bought a "Big Deal" coupon for 50% off. They responded quickly and did an excellent job getting the mildew and dirt off of our house, as well as some staining off our cement entryway/stairs, which hadn't even been part of our estimate.

I've written this review twice. So won't elaborate. For some reason mine keeps disappearing. Service was great. really thorough. Sprayed off all peeling paint from trims and basement walls.

It was the first time I have ever had my house powerwashed. My house is stucco and wasn't sure what the result was was going to be. The job was ok. They were really professional and told me about the stucco issue because we didn't keep it up. They were real great about it and I know they did the best they could.

We were very happy with his work and will definitely use him again when need arises.

Went very well, scheduled appointment, didn't need to be on premises when work was done, when I returned, the vinyl siding of the house looked like new. Would definitely use again.

They even came early. The did a beutiful job. My condo went on the market a couple of weeks later and sold in three days. I think the deck they cleaned helped a lot in the quick sale!

These guys do excellent work, very professional and thorough, they take care to ensure power washing is correct pressure so as not to damage anything. they work diligently and are very courteous. Results are outstanding.

I went on the company website and clicked on the "click here for a free quote" link. Within 24 hours, an estimate was emailed to me that detailed all of the work that would be done. The email not only included an estimate but a list of FAQ's and house washing procedures. After looking over the estimate, I decided I wanted to move forward with the job so I called the company. They were able to schedule me the following week. I was not going to be at home at the time of the service and they assured me this wouldn't be a problem. They showed up and performed the service on the day they were scheduled. I even received a phone call from one of the gentleman who washed my house to let me know they were finished. He also informed me of some screens that were in need of repair - which I already knew about but I thought it was nice of him to take notice and mention it to me. When I returned home from work that evening, I was extremely happy with the results. The trim was now shining bright white again and all of the mildew was gone from the house and deck. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again in the future.

They went above and beyond when cleaning the exterior of my house. I used an Angies List deal coupon so the price was right and why I chose to use them. Very friendly and prompt, did a great job.

Used Angie's List to find a pressure washing company. My wife has been asking me to get the house cleaned, I tried to do it myself with horrible results, so decided to go with a pro. Under Pressure had wonderful reviews, so chose them. Filled out a price request on their web site. Heard back by email and phone within a few days...not as quickly as I'd like, but happy to have gotten responses through two channels. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very professional and recommended we wait roughly a month to do the cleaning to make sure all the leaves had fallen off the trees, something I hadn't considered. I was going to work from home on the day of the cleaning, but was unable to. However, my mother-in-law watches my kids at home and said the company arrived near the end of the time window they quoted me, worked diligently and finished very quickly. It's been a few days and I still marvel at how clean my siding looks. We installed new siding on the house when we purchased it three years ago, and even in that short time span the siding was getting green and grungy looking. Under Pressure has restored the siding to how it looked when it was first installed. The back porch also had some ugly green spots on it since we purchase the house, but after cleaning, it looks amazing. I really couldn't be happier with the results. I wish I could speak to the value of the price, but I did not price out other powerwashing companies. I simply went with the highest-rated company I could find here on Angie's List. That said, if the house remains this clean and I don't have to powerwash the house again for three years, then I view the value as high.

They did an excellent job, and were really nice people to deal with. They were very neat and tidy, and cleaned up very well after themselves.

My home is a ranch style with a full kneewall in the back which makes it a 2 story from that side. It is alsohas a cranberry colored vinyl siding which shows every piece of pollen and dust. Service provider came n time and did a thorough job reaching everything with positive results.

Looked great - cleaned the gutters and took some algea off the roof as well - the non-blasting approach makes sense...

The team was friendly, arrived on time, did and thorough job, and left without much ado.
