The Red Carpet Company did an excellent job. Rick answered my email enquiry promptly and provided the information I requested. When I spoke with him, he was extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning process and set my expectations for what would happen on the day. I scheduled the appointment and received a reminder postcard near to the date which was nice. The guys who did the work were very professional and thorough. The carpets/rugs were spotless when they finished. The sofa didn't come out quite as well as the carpets, but was still improved over its previous state. We had a great experience with the Red Carpet Company and would definitely recommend them to others.

Rick Taylor responded very quickly to my email inquiry for carpet & upholstery cleaning. He followed that with a personal phone call where he further explained the process. He also offered a first time customer discount. We were able to set an appointment for the next morning. As a member of Angie's List, I got the first appointment of the day. Billy,the representative for the company, was extremely pleasant and diligent. I was not disappointed! There were many coffee stains on the stairs and hallway carpet, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Gone! They were all gone and the carpet appeared much brighter. The loveseats, light yellow damask (what was I thinking) also appear much brighter. The entire process took about 2 hours. It was a great investment and I would definitely hire Red Carpet again.

He arrived on time, vacuumed, and then shampooed the carpets. He triple treated the very dirty entry hall and stairs and greatly improved their appearance.

There were several food stains (some of them were coffee stains) and lots of highly-traveled areas. He was able to remove most of the stains. Very professional, courteous, etc.

They did a good job but they were expensive.

Rick was the contact person and set up the appointment when I wanted it. The man who did the work was pleasant and worked well. He was on time, polite, and very reasonably priced. The worker was just trying to be personable, but asked too many personal questions.

Both the service in setting up the appointment and during the work itself was fantastic. Everyone was very polite, congenial, prompt and attentive. My only negative comment would be that they advertise that their process will leave your carpets dry in 1-2 hours. When they left, they said it would be 3-4 hours, and it actually took about 36 hours before the carpets were dry enough to walk on without soaking your socks.

Red Carpet Company ''gets it.'' They were very responsive, friendly, timely, and did an excellent job. It was a pleasure working with them and I would certainly hire them again.

EXCELLENT!! From start to finish, the company was very refreshing to work with. They called back immediately, they were willing to work with a very tight schedule, and their prices are fantastic considering the hard work that goes into this. From Rick Taylor who runs the company to Andrew who did the actual work, the service was courteous, professional, and Andrew is certainly a hard worker. While he offered ideas on how to improve our carpet and upholstered furniture, he wasn t pushy and clearly explained what he would do before getting approval. He put the entire quote together before starting and went through it with me. There weren t any surprises, as I ve found with other contractors. I will highly recommend this company to all who are looking for carpet and upholstery cleaners. If I could give them an A+, I would!

They said that they don't clean both sides of the rugs and they do the cleaning in the house. I won't use them to clean rugs. I don't think she knew what she was talking about. They gave me great service last year on wall-to-wall cleaning but they don't seem to know how to do this. I would call them again but I wouldn't necessarily use them.

Work was outstanding, all animal stains successfully removed. The technician was very thorough and took the task very seriously. Overall focus on customer service was very high, they initially charged me the wrong amount when calculating a new customer discount, called me 20 after I wrote them a check, informed me of the error and initiated a refund on the difference. I'd highly recommend.

STEVE DID A GREAT JOB! ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED WITHIN ESTIMATED TIME. OFFERED TIPS ABOUT HOW TO SPOT CLEAN. APPLIED DISCOUNT COUPON WITHOUT MY PROMPTING. WAS COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE WORKING AT MY HOUSE THAT DAY.

REP. WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. SEEMED TO KNOW HIS JOB AND WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS. MY CARPET IS LIGHT AND UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER IT DRIED, I NOTICED THAT IT DIDN'T CLEAN UP THOROUGHLY. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND RE-DID THE JOB. AGAIN, UNFORTUNATELY, THE CARPET STILL HAD SOME LIGHT STAINS WHICH REMAINED. THESE MAY BE STAINS THAT COULD NOT BE REMOVED COMPLETELY (I HAD SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED NO SOLUTIONS BE USED THAT HAD ANY AROMAS OR SCENTS SO THEY WERE LIMITED IN WHAT THEY COULD USE), SO I DON'T WANT TO BLAME IT FOR SURE ON THE COMPANY -- THE CARPET WAS QUITE DIRTY.

THE 'FABRIC SPECIALIST,' MARK, WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. HE TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. I DIDN'T STAND AROUND WATCHING HIM SO I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE DID. BUT I COULD HEAR VACUUMING AND SCRUBBING GOING ON. THE END RESULT WAS PERFECT. THE CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW -- NOT A STAIN IN SIGHT. RED CARPET IS NOT CHEAP, BUT THE COMPANY CERTAINLY DOES A THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

VERY NICE PEOPLE, QUITE CONSIDERATE AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, JUST THREE WEEKS AFTER THE CLEANING, I AM SEEING A LOT OF DIRTY AREAS AGAIN. IT SEEMS LIKE THE SCOTCH-GUARDING DIDN'T HAVE MUCH EFFECT. THIS IS JUST ONE OPINION, BUT I'D HAVE TO SAY THAT STANLEY STEAMER HAS DONE A BETTER JOB IN MY HOUSE. AND FOR ME, THAT REALLY IS THE DECIDING FACTOR.

THE ONLY SLIGHT ISSUE I HAD IS THAT ONLY ONE GUY CAME TO DO THE WORK AND IF MY SON HADN'T BEEN THERE TO HELP MOVE THE HEAVIER COUCH, IT MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN MOVED. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL (THE CARPET CLEANER), POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS GIVEN A FORM TO FILL OUT FOR $25 OFF BUT I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE OUT 10-15 (I FORGET EXACTLY) NAMES AND NUMBERS OF FAMILY/FRIENDS WHO MIGHT NEED CARPET CLEANING AND I DON'T DO THAT. I DID THINK THAT I WOULD GET $25 OFF JUST FOR MENTIONING ANGIE'S LIST, BUT I DID GET A BIG DISCOUNT ANYWAY AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD SO I'M NOT REALLY COMPLAINING, JUST COMMENTING. I'D USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

THERE WERE A LOT OF SPOTS THAT THEY COULDN'T CLEAN. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TREAT THESE AREAS. I MIGHT TRY SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.

IT WAS VERY HEAVILY STAINED AND I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD COME OUT AS WELL AS IT DID. THEY WERE GREAT.
