 + 0 moreRed Carpet came and cleaned two area rugs, one small sofa, and two rocking chair cushions. They were right on time and very helpful, explaining why they needed to do a dry cleaning of the sofa since it is microfiber rather than using water (water leaves ring stains). I was a little bit annoyed by them asking for 6 friends or family member names they could call about their service. But when I told them I did not feel comfortable giving that information they were very cordial. Despite this, I thought they did a great job. I would hire them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned two area rugs (6 x 9), one small sofa, and two rocker cushions.

 + -1 moreThey did a wonderful job. The technician was extremely courteous and punctual. He took time to explain the process and reviewed everything with me before beginning the work. We had just moved to the house and the basement carpet was badly stained in several areas. We were actually contemplating tearing the whole thing up and replacing it. Unbelievably, the technician was able to remove just about every stain and the one that did not come out completely can barely be seen. Needless to say we are very pleased with every aspect of the service and professionalism this great company has to offer. We would highly recommend and we will not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: We had three bedrooms, two hallways and a three room basement all cleaned.

 + 1 moreGreat! The young gentleman who came out to clean my carpets and sofa was a true professional and did a very good job (and, I'm a tough critic!). He arrived at my new home on the same day we were moving in. He was completely courteous and very thoughtful about the work he was performing. On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell how serious and passionate he was about his work. I was so impressed with the job that I hired the company to come back and clean my air ducts...which ended up being another job well done! I highly recommend The Red Carpet Cleaning Company.  + -1 moreThey arrived promptly and what an amazing job they did. Stains were gone and the rugs dried in no time. They vacuumed first which was a plus and moved furniture. Very professional. With the 30% discount for first timers it cost $187.00.
Description of Work: I called on a Tuesday (last minute) to get my rugs cleaned before Saturday because I was having company and my rugs were very badly soiled. They didn't have any openings until next week but they fit me in for Thursday at 11AM. I had dining room, living room, 13 stairs and 2 small hallways done.

He was pleasant, courteous, and very patient with my questioning about the toxicity of the solvent he would need to use to clean my cotton canvass-type fabric sofa. He referred me to Rick Taylor, who also was patient and helpful, referring me to the manufacturer of their cleaning products. I verified that the solvent was considered safe for this use, so had the sofa cleaned as well. Joe did a thorough cleaning and when I pointed out a heavy traffic spot that was still not completely clean, he spot treated it manually, and got it clean.
Description of Work: I had carpets in two rooms, a hallway, and a stairway cleaned. They also cleaned my sofa and an area rug.

The dispatcher contacted me to ask if it would be OK to come early! The cleaner was excellent! In addition to executing the cleaning professionally and quickly, he moved furniture and even helped disassemble and reassemble a piece of furniture. The price was as quoted.

 + -1 moreIt went great. Please read the description above for some details. I highly recommend them. Their price was very reasonable and the cleaning was great!
Description of Work: When I called for a quote, I spoke with Rick Taylor and gave him the basic dimensions for all our rooms. He provided a quote based on that and it came in right on the money. The areas we had cleaned included the family room, three good-sized bedrooms, two 13 step staircases, two halls and three small area rugs. With the Angie's List first time customer discount it came to just over $400. They did a perfect job exactly within the time frame and price they estimated. No perfume smell (I have allergies so I'm sensitive), they got my toughest areas cleaned (garage/basement entrance area) and Doug the cleaner was as capable and as nice a person as you can meet. I would recommend them to everyone.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Because I had to be at my old house waiting for the movers, a friend of mine let the carpet cleaner in and waited for him to finish. I had called ahead and about the 30% discount for new customers and the $25 off gift card for Angie's List members. They honored both and when the actual price came in, it was right on target with what they had told me. This is great because I had to leave a check with my friend to pay the person. I was able to do a lot of the planning for stuff via the phone. Since they cleaned my carpets first thing in the morning, they were dry by the time my movers got there to unpack my stuff. I would definitely use the Red Carpet again.

I described the job (including approximate square feet), and got a "ballpark" quote over the phone which ended up being the exact number that Doug (the cleaning specialist) quoted when he measured everything upon his arrival. Doug got here right on time and worked steadily for two hours, very meticulously, and provided great advice. I'm very pleased with my experience. Note first time customers get a 30% discount (reflected in the price I paid).

They performed the job very quickly and gave us plenty of information on how to keep the couch clean, the products they use, and on other services they provide.  + -1 moreDoug showed up right on time. They did an excellent job on the rental unit apartment. I was also pleased he was able to do the two area rugs in my unit. They were filthy. It is a great feeling to have had them finally cleaned. They took all the time necessary to get the job done right. Doug is very professional and his assistant was also a very hard worker. I will keep using Red Carpet for my rental units because I don't think I could get a better deal and excellent quality anywhere else.
