Similar to the personality of all individuals with whom I have spoken at Red Carpet, the two men who performed the services were polite, friendly and professional. They kept me apprised of each step in the process of my home's duct cleaning, and my carpet came out great. I plan to use them again for future services. In fact they will be performing a dryer vent cleaning this weekend.

They were responsive and punctual. They were also professional and were good at moving my furniture around. They also offered some solutions to my lingering carpet problems. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

on my first call to them, company rep was very nice and thoroughly described what they did to clean carpets. Crew showed up at the early hour of the promised range. All work went as described except carpets took a bit longer to dry than estimated (about 8 vs. 3-5 hrs). Carpets looked great and have remained so until this report (July 09). They also explained and gave us estimates for other services they provide such as grout cleaning, duct inspection and duct cleaning. Sales pitch but not annoying and I got to ask a bunch of questions about the duct cleaning. Haven't decided to do it yet but I would consider them.

I couldn't ask for better service or quality. My son's birthday was the upcoming weekend (Sunday) and they were able to squeeze me into a slot on Saturday morning so we'd have clean carpets. They were on time, friendly, courteous, professional and best of all, my filthy carpets looked awesome when the job was complete. My wife and I were thrilled. Thank you Red Carpet.

The worker came right on time, did all of his work, showed me an area tat could not be cleaned and put everything back in its place.

The office described the work and provided an estimate and booked the work. They sent a reminder/confirmation post card. On the day of the work they called to confirm and the carpet cleaning technician called when he was leaving his prior job and said he would be there in twenty minutes - which he did. The work was completed thoroughly and met our satisfaction

Brian arrived promptly, measured everything and went over the pricing. He moved the furniture, vacuumed all the rugs and then cleaned them. Because I have two dogs, this was a lot of work. I mentioned that the dogs had had accidents and he added an additional solution to the cleaner to deal with the urine and also deodorized the rugs. The rugs looks great. Brian was friendly and upbeat the whole time. I would definitely use this company again.

The cleaner came promptly and went to work. He vacuumed the carpet, then treated spots and went over it with a cleaning machine. He also applied ScotchGuard. It took him about 40 minutes. After he finished he said that it was impossible to remove some spots because they had already embedded and transformed the carpet. Nevertheless even the remaining spots were paler.

They were very responsive on the phone, came out and gave an estimate, were open to scheduling around our needs, and came very promptly to clean the carpets.

I have been using The Red Carpet Company for about twenty years. They give a great discount for repeat customers. They are very honest, kind and courteous. They do a very thorough and good job. They answer any questions that you might have. They are willing to move the furniture and put it back when they're finished. They come when they say that they are going to come, they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

They came at the scheduled time and date. We had one spot that didn't come clean and they were responsive to our phone call. They came back and cleaned it again. They were professional.

I think it is convenient to use this company. They will come to the house to clean the oriental carpet instead of taking it away. They call me on a schedule to offer me service. They are nice. I like that they are a small "mom and pop" type business.

They used some 'special' chemical to clean a leather loveseat which had not been cleaned in over 5 years. Got some of the dirt out, but did not do that great a job. Loveseat may be too far gone, but hoped it could get out more. The guy who came out to do the work was excellent, warned me that may not be able to get all the old dirt out.

Did a great job, for a fair price. Scheduled problems made the guy have to leave early, but he came back a couple of days later and did the job. Carpets look great!

While all stains were not removed, the job was done as well as explained and expected. The service was prompt and professional. We will consider them for future cleaning tasks.

Red Carpet was pretty responsive and able to schedule the cleaning around construction in my living room. They pre-treated several areas of ground in dirt and were able to get rid of some chalk dust left from carpenters. There were a few spots that were still kind of dirty after the cleaning but overall, I was happy with the outcome of the service.

When I made the appointment, I chose the 8-12 window, and scheduled it for early the following week. Joe showed up at 8:10am, explained the process to me and my wife. In about 10 minutes he had surveyed and measured the rooms, and confirmed the price of the job (which was within about $20 of what they had estimated over the phone). My wife has a very keen sense of smell, and was worried that the chemicals would irritate her. He assured us that there was no lasting odor and that all the chemicals were safe for use around kids, pets and pregnant women. It took him about two hours, and when I arrived home that evening, there was no smell at all. Nothing. More impressive than that was how clean the rugs were. I mean, this was off-white carpet, which I would NEVER have chosen, for practical reasons. But it was there when we moved in, and it's not unpleasant to look at, and would have been expensive to replace. There were lots of stains on it, from I don't know what (food? pet 'accidents'?). I am stunned. Not only is the carpet spotless, the pile has been fluffed up, it's almost like a brand new carpet.

Great experience overall. Responsive and professional over the phone. Showed up on time. Person was professional and friendly. End result was great. Would strongly recommend.

They did a great job. They did arrive on time and called a head when they were on their way. They were kind and polite and very easy to work with. The price was very reasonable. He did do quality work and I would recommend him in the future.

I was extremely pleased with The Red Carpet Company from start to finish. I was called in advance of their arrival (and on time). Steve was methodical and very professional. My carpets are beautiful again. Steve was able to eliminate several stubborn stains on an upholstered chair. I received a pleasant surprise when I received the bill - it was lower than the estimate! Would recommend them highly and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Have used this company before and liked them. This time, I was disappointed to find that a heavy table had been put up on styrofoam blocks (as if the rug was cleaned under it), but it clearly hadn't been moved or cleaned under when we moved it. I could have helped move it if the technician had asked. I was also not crazy about being asked to rate the tech's performance while he watched and read the rating, and to give six names of people they could contact and say I recommended them (and offer discounts). Will likely use them again, but this wasn't an improvement.

We wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in since the previous owners had cats and I am allergic. Rick at Red Carpet warned me that cat smell is one of the hardest odors to remove, but that he had enzymes that work with pets and he would give it a shot. The carpets look great and the cat smell is gone. We're very happy with the work.

They were nice and and courteous and I thought the price was reasonable. They did arrive later than promised, but the man did call me twice to update me. He did warn me that some of the stains wouldn't come out. The man who came worked hard and spent a good amount of time. However, in the end, I'm not sure the items look that much better than they did before. That could be our fault as we had never had any of these things cleaned previously.

Everything about the transaction was completely professioanl. I got an appointment when I wanted it. They called on the day of the appointment to let me know when their representative would arrive. He showed up and explained what he would be doing. He moved any furniture that was in the way, and protected the carpets when he replaced the furniture. He worked steadily (and hard!) for three hours. I thought I got more than my money's worth -- and the carpets look great. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Very professional. Rick was very knowledgeable and professional during the phone conversations. Steve, the technician was very professional and thorough, he even used booties every time he walked in the house so not to dirty the house. Highly recommend.
