I've used them once before to clean 2 carpets, and at the time spent an extra $10 for their savings plan, which really panned out since I used them this time and got a nice discount. Additionally, I had the work done in August which was also discounted. They are very professional, come soon after you call them, and do good work. This time I had cleaned: 2 8x10 rugs; 3 small area rugs; a reclining chair; a leather reclining sofa, and a tile kitchen floor. While he was working on the rugs and furniture, I asked if he knew anything about dull kitchen tile, and I was thrilled to find out that they clean tile and grout and reseal the grout/tile making it look brand new again. I am thrilled by the results! The leather couch feels softer and is protected from sun. The chair looks better, but unfortunately I didn't clean it soon enough and the worn areas are actually worn down instead of dirty (though the cleaning helped some). The carpets look much better. I was pleased by how friendly and professional Joe was. I like that their work materials don't have any serious smell (I'm very sensitive to chemicals and smells), so the chair is re-scotch guarded and the couch is cleaned and conditioned and the rugs are resealed to repel stains and these things don't have strong smells that I would've expected. I was pleased with his work and his attitude. Two constructive criticisms: One of the rugs had a permanent-looking stain that I suspected wouldn't come out. I was distracted while he was here and only remembered I wanted to point it out after he was gone. I wish he had pointed out any stains that couldn't be removed so we could've discussed them (and I would've known for sure whether he had tried to spot clean them). Also, (I know this is a freak occurrence) but, on leaving, the door didn't close completely (I was in another room and didn't see). As a result my front door was open 2" for hours and my indoor-only cat got out and ran around the neighborhood for hours. I had a really hard time getting him back in. I realize now I should've walked him out all the way to the front door, but it would be good to make sure the door is closed behind you when you leave.

Went well - took about an hour and the carpets look great.

Very good. They called ahead to say when they'd be here they were on time and when I complained about all the dust they mentioned that they did air ducts and were able to do them in that visit. The technician was polite and friendly and got his work done when he said he would

Extremely responsive and responsible service. A man was out unexpectedly, and they frequently updated me re when the serviceman would arrive. Very courteous and personable. Outstanding service.

Overall it was OK. I started to use the company about 10 years ago. My experiences at the beginning were better than more recently.

All around excellent - very responsive in coming to provide a quote, scheduling and perfroming services. Quotation is broken down item by item so that we can address projects as our budget permits. Very thoughtful in completing work and respectful of the fact that I work from a home office. After some very sub-standard work by Sears, I plan to use Red Carpet Cleaning for all related projects from now on.

The indoor-outdoor carpet in my basement was soaked during the 3/13 storm. They came, cleaned that carpet and some adjacent carpet that was not flooded, but badly needed cleaning. The first guy who came didn't bring any fans, which we really needed because the rug was still pretty wet. After everything dried they came and cleaned the rug and did a good job.

I love, love, love this company! The gentleman who comes is gracious, efficient and knowledgeable. He comes on schedule and is always good humored. He puts all furniture up on Styrofoam to protect the rugs as they dry and seems to move all the furniture when he cleans. My wall-to-wall carpets have never looked so good! Although we added the rug cleaning in after the cleaner had arrived, it was not a problem. They also look fantastic! Stop looking and hire this company. They are the best.

Rick from Red Carpet returned my calls to inquire about availability very quickly, and gave precise details about the process and pricing. The crew came on time to do the work, and the carpets dried quickly after they left. The final price was very close to the estimate. The results were very good. Rick was especially communicative, which I appreciate.

Great, Rick was great with setting up the appointment. He called and gave me an estimated time of arrival that day. Steve was cordial, went over my options as well as gave me pricing on other items for the future. The couch and carpet took around 2 hours from when he arrived til when he left. Carpet looks great, sofa looks great. I did make an assumption that I should not have and that is they steam cleaned the carpets, the do not. The results were great so it was not a negative for by any means, but would of liked to know. The real test will be after a few weeks, especially since I have we have pets.

Red Carpet was very professional from the start when I scheduled an appointment (they were very accommodating with my family's schedule), to confirming scope of work to be done by pricing out everything upfront and getting confirmation, to the care and effort taken to perform the actual work. I would highly recommend them.

They did a very nice job and it was terrific. I got an appointment quickly and they came when they promised. I chose them based on a recommendation by a consumer review company. They got back to me right away when I called them. They were very prompt and professional. So, I felt confident about that. I didn't compare their prices with other companies and I felt that it was fair. Everything about them was excellent and I would use their services in the future too.

They were really good and extremely nice. It was extremely fast and far cleaner than I was expecting. They were very professional, and they were very careful not get the floor messy. They cleaned up everything, they were great.

They have a very good attitude. Since they could not clean the sofa completely they reduced the charge. I am very happy with them. The person who came explained the cleaning procedure to me and he did tell me in advance that there could be some stains which cannot be removed. They were very quick in responding and they came very quickly.

Responsiveness, pricing, punctuality, communication, professionalism all excellent with no suggestions for improvement. And here's one for the Boston service providers to aspire to. Red Carpet is not based close to my home city, but we set up a date when they were going to be in a city next door. I had an injury and an unplanned doctor's appointment the day of our scheduled cleaning. I left them a message that I might run a few minutes late of our target time. They called back and said that was ok, they were running a few minutes behind. I turned my phone back on immediately after stepping out of the doctor's office and they were calling to say they were going to be early instead. They arrived at my house approximately 5 minutes before me. It only took simple communication to coordinate this so that it worked out for both parties, but we all know how few companies will bother to accommodate you in this way. They were great. They use a different cleaning method than I am used to. The carpets look amazing, but it is done so quickly that it made me wonder how deeply it cleaned -- that was the *only* thing I even paused about. However, I would recommend them and will call them again and again.

The person who came out was very polite. He performed a thorough cleaning and did a very good job overall. The price was very competitive too.

They were very good and I was really pleased with their work. They gave a number of coupons and discounts for being a first time user. They were thorough and did a good job as well. I hadn't had the vents cleaned since we have been here which has been a long time now. It was a good service and I would use their services in the next year too, as I think they provide the service every year. Their quality was fine. They were very punctual, as they called me about 3 or 4 times.

Red Carpet called a day in advance to re-confirm the appointment. The service man showed up on time and modified the estimate since the first quoted price was based on my estimate of number of ducts etc. He was here about 4 hours. The ducts had not been cleaned for 8 years or more so they were pretty bad. The carpet looks like new. He got all the cat stains out (we have a puky cat) - and that was amazing. I was worried that we would need to buy a new carpet. He moved furniture and put some up on styrofoam blocks. The best thing was that the carpet actually did dry in a few hours - not days - which has been my experience with other carpet cleaning companies. Also - my sinus problems are gone now that the ducts have been cleaned.

Called to get an estimate on the phone and booked for that same afternoon, since they were to be in our area. Rick was very pleasant on the phone as was the technician who did the work. Did a nice job cleaning and cleaning up after himself. Price was fair; (offered a 30% first-time customer discount, but in the end the price was around the industry average per sq foot). Was very happy with the work and the courtesy.

The gentleman was very professional, on time, and also gave me quotes for work in the future. Things took longer to dry than he had said, which is not a big deal. Unfortunately, the dog smell returned within a week -- not as strong, but it was not eliminated.
