I have been using them for more than 20 years. I like them very much. I spend about $300. I use them once a year. I like them because they are really personable and reliable. They come out on time. They do a good job. I can tell that the guys have been working for the company for a while and they really care about the service they provide. I feel it is very rare these days. I think their price is good. They are a really good company. I will use them again in the future.

Red Carpet came out to clean the wall-to-wall carpet on my first floor. They arrived exactly in the middle of their time window, and worked up a quote that was slightly less than the estimate I had been given on the phone. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the carpet cleaner-- he went out of his way to keep my house clean and neat, and kept me informed on what he was doing and why. He did an amazing job of removing some tough stains from the carpet, working diligently for several hours. I was pleased with his thoroughness and attention to detail, and the carpet now looks great! I wish I had hired Red Carpet sooner, and would definitely hire them again.

The service was amazing. Alex arrived at our house at exactly 8 AM (as promised). He wore covers on his shoes when entering the house to avoid getting our floors dirty. He was courteous and professional. He was able to give us an exact price for additional services including additional carpet cleaning, upholstery and the kitchen floor. We did decide to add on and get the staircase and hallway cleaned as well as our kitchen floor. He then moved all of our furniture (couch, two chairs, tables, lamps etc.) He cleaned the carpeted areas first and then went on to the kitchen floor. The whole service took about 2 1/2 hours. Alex was able to get the majority of the stains out of our carpet. The few he wasn't able to get have been there for years and he did actually lighten them. He certainly tried everything in his bag of tricks to get them out though, which I appreciated. The kitchen floor was absolutely STUNNING! It is a white floor that I is next to impossible to keep clean. He used some sort of buffer to get all (literally ALL) of the old scuff marks out. He then applied some sort of polish. I am not a fan of linoleum floors, but he made ours look brand new! Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service. We will definitely be using them again as well as recommending them to our friends/family.

The stains did show up again after a few months and he did say they might show up again.

From the initial phone call, to the in-home quote to the actual service performed, Red Carpet Cleaning was courteous, professional and thorough. Our home was built in the 1940s and we've lived in it for the last 3.5 years. I'm not sure if the air ducts had ever been cleaned - from the layers of junk deep inside the returns, I would guess. The final cost of the work was on budget and the vents, ducts and returns were spotless. The crew was very good with our pets (two cats and a dog). We were very happy with the service and would use them in the future for duct cleaning and will try them when we our furniture is due to be cleaned (that's another service they perform).

It went very well. The cleaner was courteous and let me know that he would not be able to remove some of the waterspots on my white sofa. While the carpet looked better after it was cleaned, it was not as clean as I hoped. I believe this is because it is an older set.

They were able to schedule us quickly and conveniently, did excellent work, were very professional, provided an accurate estimate before beginning, and took exactly the amount of time they predicted. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Phoned to get an estimate. They were very curteous and responsive. My mother was very pleased with the phone service she received. They came on the pre-arranged date, at an earlier time than scheduled. This worked out very well. We had the rest of the day to do other errands instead of having to wait at the house. They did a great job on the rugs and kitchen floor. Would hired again.

I called Red Carpet one morning and they were able to come that day! The person who came was punctual , professional, and pleasant to be around. It was a small space and I was working at my desk while he worked close by at the other end of the room. Before he cleaned the rug in the bedroom, he helped me to turn the rug to a different angle and it as a lot of work and he helped me graciously and without complaint. There ere stains on the rug that the cleaners in Seattle had not cleaned, and the workperosn had no trouble getting them out. All in all, it was a great job and I’ve never seen the rugs or the sofa looking that good! No bad aftersmell; everything as just perfect and a great price to boot.; They gave me the Angie’s List discount which really made a difference

They were really good at judging the time frame that they would be here and also how long it would take and when we would be back on the carpet.

He arrived on time took time to let my dogs adjust to him then introduced himself as Alex. Very pleasant personality and took the time to explain the procedure he would be doing. Half way through the process I was so impressed I asked for a quote on the rugs. He did the rugs that afternoon and they never looked better. My house is about 4000 sq ft and he did the upstairs including moving the furniture. The air quality is wonderful and I'm going to have them back to do the rest of the house and our summer home.

On time, got stains and dirt out of the carpet, good price, friendly service.

The Red Carpet provided great customer service. They were professional, courteous and thorough. One carpet is white and the two area carpets have white backgrounds. There were stains that I had worked on for two days and couldn't get them out. They explained the procedure, cost and time needed to complete the job. The technician arrived at the exact time promised, moved the furniture, did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, moved the furniture back and he was on his way within the time frame I was given. He did all of this with a smile on his face as my 85 pound puppy followed him around looking for attention. All three carpets look brand new. I'll certainly have them back again and would highly recommend them.

They were wonderful! We thought we were going to have to replace one of our carpets, but they managed to get the black path from the doorway to the desk out. We are not going to replace it now. Everything sparkles. They did a good job. I thought it was very worthwhile. They have good prices. If you need floors, carpets, furniture, or windows cleaned, call them. They are good, nice, and polite. They were a joy to work with.

Following our initial phone conversation with a woman from their office, she e-mailed an estimate, and we scheduled a date by phone. On the day of our service call, the manager called to confirm that the workmen were on their way. The workmen were skilled, neat, and professional. The manager, the woman with whom we worked with by phone, and the workmen were on top of their game. It was the second time we've engaged the Red Carpet Company. We look forward to engaging their services again.

The Red Carpet Company was great to work with. They provided an estimate over the phone based on my rough estimate of measurements and came in cheaper than their phone quote. They did a great job on everything. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt, professional and thorough. They are really flexible because I had to keep rescheduling because I was having some remodeling done. I must have rescheduled 3 or 4 times and they were really nice. They came when they said they would.

I called them on Monday and they were here by Thursday. Alex was professional and very nice. I had asked for two area rugs to be cleaned - he explained that one of them would be best treated by dry cleaning it. He cleaned our living room rug and gave me detailed instructions on how to keep it in great condition over the long term. He was done within an hour. I will be using them again!

I had been given a 4 hour window. I received a call to say that the worker would be at my house in 30 minutes. He arrived at that time and got right to work. He was personable, answered my questions and did a good job.

I called to arrange an appt to get our air ducts cleaned on relatively short notice. They worked with our schedule, called the day before to remind us of the appt and also provided a window of time for their arrival. They arrived promptly the day of the appt, very quickly provided us a quote for the job and then proceeded to perform the work. Very pleasant, did an excellent job, and cleaned our high quality air filter for the AC unit at no additional charge. At first, the price seemed a bit high to me but they use a special brush in the air ducts in addition to the vacuum so you get a better cleaning. They also told me the ducts only need to be cleaned every 3-5 yrs (every 3 yrs was recommended if you have pets that shed a lot) which made the price seem quite reasonable.

He got here right on time-- and i showed him the area to be cleaned(never thinking he could get all the stains out)-- but at least it would be clean!-- One man-- did all the work!-- He put all the furniture up on the little pads-- moved the furniture that needed to be moved- vacumned- and washed-- carted all his equipment downstairs then back up and in a relatively short amount of time.
