She immediately understood what I needed and took care of those needs and so much more in a very caring, careful, thorough way. She and her assistant cleaned places that hadn't been cleaned in months, if not years, and it felt in some ways like a new home when she was finished. I recommend her at the highest possible level.

Erica explains everything she is going to do and when finished has you inspect to make sure it is up to par. She is more than accommodating and wants to make sure everything you request is cleaned.
