They showed up right on time. Very personable and professional. Gave them an incredibly hard job but my furniture looks almost like new. Granted the chair was over 30 years old but looks almost new. These guys went above and beyond. I will use them again and have recommended to several friends. 2 thumbs up!!!

This is a steam-cleaning method that will leave carpets wet for a few hours to up to a day. It is, however, much more cost effective than the so-called dry cleaning methods. The end result was very good and Mohammed was very nice and polite and willing to go over some areas a second time.

East Coast Cleaning was very great to work with. I felt comfortable with him being in my home. He was very clean and professional. Easy to work with and I would defiantly hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

The only reason East Coast Cleaning Services gets an overall rating of 4.5 is my (probably silly) feeling that nobody warrants a "perfect" score. You can see that Mohamed gets a full 5 for each of the three specific categories, however, so perhaps I need to adjust my thinking.

Mohamed exceed all of my expectations; he was on time, pleasant, worked very hard on my old carpet stains, and made everything look so nice. I have had other companies here that were more expensive and less successful with their efforts. I highly recommend East Coast Cleaning!!

Friendly, prompt, professional. Mohamed was all that. They arrived early and 1.5 hours later all the carpets and rugs and the stair treads were clean and I was blown away by how great they looked. I would definitely recommend East Coast Cleaning.
