arrived quickly for quote to wash my windows. H was very polite, price was good- arrived promptly windows not washed well at all - storms and windows. i told him no one has ever washed them that fast and he said he couldn't reach parts. he didn't realize windows tilted in, so he went back and rewashed . next day i opened a window and he hadn't put window back in springs. window released and crushed my finger. My husband went around and checked the others a 7 other windows were not in the springs. very dangerous . When you unlock the window the top window slams down! never again!!!!!!!

This was my first experience with HomeAdvisor and I consider it a success! Mohamed arrived as promised for estimate and again as promised for the work. He and his assistant worked quietly (meaning without a lot of chatter - of course the machines made noise as one would imagine) and managed to bring my large sectional sleep sofa back to life along with my off white wall to wall. The value for the $$$ was excellent. I will bring East Coast Cleaning back for further work in the future!

This was very well run experience. The service was prompt and thorough. Outstanding and patient customer relations with my elderly father who was very shaken up with the minor flooding.
