The entire story is above as written---one thing that angered me was shen she said, do you want to reschedule? I wanted to say--I hired you for a reason---you picked the day, I rearranged my schedule so I could be here & now you can't come-----------why oh why would I ever reschedule with these impolite people who can't be taken for their word!!! I will look elsewhere
Description of Work: I had never hired someone to clean my house & as I was disabled at that time I figured I would go with a well known (name) company--I called, made appt, cleaned up the house as best I could before they would come Then on the morning they were supposed to be here someone called & said, "we don;t have enough people to send (she was supposed to be here in 1/2/hr) & there is nothing we can do about it"---"do you want to reschedule??" I said no to the rescheduling & NO to ever hiring them again, No pride nor professionalism in their work as far as I can tell. I would NEVER hire them....but now I feel leery whoever I do find to do work in my home

My initial meeting went really well and I very much liked the woman who came to give an estimate. I found $112 to be a bit high, compared to what others were paying but needed someone in a rush. The initial cleaning was $395, which I didn't dare tell anyone I spent. I used the service for about 6 weeks, which would be 3 visits. The first visit ($395), they forgot to clean the outside of the fridge and missed some areas in the bathroom. I should have called but didn't - my fault. They probably would have come back to do it but I didn't think it was worth the extra trip. I left out the cleaning solution for my coffee table but they would not clean it because they didn't know how to use the wood or leather cleaner. The 2nd week was fine. The 3rd week, they showed up at around 4:00. I had been told that the latest they would ever be there would be 4:00. My husband, coming home filthy and hot from work, had to go and wait in a side room until they cleaned the house so he could shower and get out of his dirty work clothes. I canceled the service after that. Two reasons I canceled was 1. Price and 2. I need someone who can come while we are at work.
