They were outstanding. I wanted to get the house repainted and we have a problem with wood rotting out here in this part of Massachusetts so I was trying to get all that repaired in preparation of the house painting. They were very responsive to my needs. Once the painting was underway the painter discovered some rotting sills that we hadn't noticed and they came right out and took care of it that day and did a fantastic job so it wouldn't delay the painter. I can text him in the morning and have a prompt reply a couple of hours later and the quality of the work is fantastic.

I knew the window sills and a lot of trim was soft, and was terrified that 2 sets of windows (3 double-hung and 6 casements) might have to be replaced. Turns out that there was a lot more that needed replacing ! Discovered we had considerable damage from ants as well. Plywood had to be replaced as well as many claps.... The front farmer's porch was ready to go so I had them replace that as well. These guys did a terrific job replacing only what was needed and asked me about virtually any money related detail. Instead of replacing the nine windows on the west side, they managed to cut out the bad sills and replaced them. They looked as good as new ! Best part... the total job cost what it would have cost if I had indeed replaced those windows. Professional, with wonderful attitudes, and a very fair price for exceptional work.
