I purchased a washer from their dracut store and Scott was very welcoming and helpful. The delivery and installation was handled professionally. I plan on purchasing soon a new dryer from their and would recommend their store 100%, good prices, great help.

I would never recommend Dracut Appliance for service. Although I did not purchase my refrigerator there, the service was slow and not good. On the first phone call to actual service was 3 weeks and that did not fix it. Called a second time, and again 2 weeks till replacing part second time. It still is not fixed. They charge $150 just to walk in your door. They rely on an iPad to "look up" what might be wrong with the frig. I felt out of all those I talked to (and there was many) that none were consistent with what I was previously told. Some were not professional on the phone either. I even asked if I could speak to the owner and was told he was on vacation. I couldn't get anywhere. I will never buy a product from them and definitely will not recommend them for service. Highly disappointed.

The sales staff and delivery staff are awesome! They are professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their prices are definitely competitive with Home Depot and their customer service is far superior to Home Depot!

Couldn't of gone better! Our Sales Rep., Craig was great and VERY Knowledgeable, listened to our needs and got us all the rebates/discounts he possibly could! Can't say enough good things about this place! Delivery was in the window they said it would be and very professional. I usually buy in the and quot;big boxand quot; stores, but this has made me a believer in places like Dracut Appliance!

They are knowledgeable and easy to get along with and no sales pressure. If you go to the big stores, they really don't have anyone that knows their stuff. They do know their products. You can go cheaper but you never know if you are going to get the right thing. They have a good price and you get good information. That's what you're looking for. They sell quality stuff.

My 19 year old Maytag dryer died and I needed a new one. I looked around and bought from Dracut Appliance. I had a reccomendation for them when I made an earlier purchase(fridge) and used them again for this purchase. The sales floor staff was excellent and I was able to purchase the dryer on Thursday with a Tuesday deliver (they deliver Tues-Sat). I had a plumber that I use for the install of the gas dryer but if I needed one they had their list of recommended plumbers. The delivery went well and was on time. I would definitely purchase from them again

The problem with the refrigerator order was that the ice maker was back ordered. I didn't find out about this until the refrigerator was delivered and there was no ice-maker. The salesperson promised me (on multiple occasions) that as soon as the ice maker came into their warehouse and that it would be shipped out to arrive the following day and I would get a call confirming shipment. No call came. Since I was having a big party and planned to make lots of ice with this ice maker I was quite concerned. The delivery date of the refrigerator was two weeks prior to the party so I thought I had plenty of time. I called back a week later to find out that the ice maker had been in their warehouse for five days. Despite additional calls and promises of immediate delivery, it took another five days to receive the ice maker (the day after the party). This may seem like I am picky, but I can only assume that if they are this disorganized about something as straightforward as a backordered ice maker, that they could make a similar mess of a necessary repair part or other item that would matter more. So I will definitely think twice before using them in the future.

Peter at the Tewksbury location was excellant in taking time describing the brands, features and promotions of the all products. We ended up with Bosch brand. He was very knowegeble and returned all phone calls.He even beat the prices of the big box stores and he helped complete the appliance rebate forms.

Their repairman came out to repair my microwave which was making weird noises; it definitely had something wrong with it. Th noise got worse and worse. When he finished, he said that I needed a new magnetron and another part. This is a 2002 microwave that is out of warranty. I was really upset because I knew this was an expensive part, over $200. About a half hour after he left, I received a phone call with an accommodating price. I highly recommend this company! They are very good to work with. I have used them in the pasty and I will continue to use them because they are a good local company.

The first visit he didn't show up (he was sick, and I had taken the day off work), so they accommodated me for an appointment the next morning (they made sure I was first). It was more expensive than I expected because they had to make two trips and I don't think I should have been charged two service charges. The repair person wasn't sure that what he ordered would make the unit work, but it did. I was extremely happy with this company in the purchase of the air conditioners, but a little less so with the repair.
