Doug was great at trouble shooting problems and finding the simplest and least expensive solution.

I had an arcing problem in my breaker panel, and felt it might be a fire hazard. I spoke to two other electricians first, and both just wanted to replace the panel without dealing with the source of the problem. When Doug LeRiche came to assess the job, he observed that there was moisture coming through the entrance cable that caused corrosion in the panel, and recommended changing the meter housing and entrance cable as well as the panel. I hired LeRiche Electric to do the job. It was a bit complicated, as the panel had to be relocated to provide the required clearance in front of the panel, some of the branch circuit cables had be extended to reach the new panel location, and I also had a generator subpanel that was involved. The price was fair, and also included upgrading branch circuits to arc-fault breakers. LeRiche Electric did an excellent job overall with very neat and careful workmanship. I would recommend LeRiche Electric.
