AArdvark did not perform work because the owner advised that the problem would go away and that I probably did not need work done. She was very honest and very responsive. I will definitely use her when I need these services.

Karla was great at responding to voicemail, punctual, professional and personable. Tear down homes need extermination prior to work commencing and Karla understood what was needed. She got back to me quickly and completed the job when she said she would, at the price verbally given. After finding and eliminating a mouse nest in our garage we still had mice in the house so we called Karla. She responded to our phone call right away and came to our house the same day. She was fast and professional, explained what she did and provided us with instructions on how to avoid this type of problems in the future. I called Karla because we had heard a mouse in the walls at night. I originally got an answering machine, but she called back twice that day, again the next morning, and we actually saw her the same afternoon (I told her didn't consider it an emergency, but she made room in her schedule as she was out our direction.) She was very respectful of our preference to use as little poison as possible, and made a number of non-toxic suggestions for deterring the mice. She seems to know a great deal about the basic biology/habits of the creatures she's hired to get rid of, and that made me feel as though she had a strong basis for her recommendations. I was also impressed that she was so willing to spend time educating us in ways that will ultimately/hopefully result in fewer calls for her down the road. She was very neat and unobtrusive as she did her work.

The owner was extremely helpful and assured me that the bee problem that we had dealt with was probably under control with no further action needed. Moreover, she talked with me about preventing mice from being a problem. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable even though she earned not one penny from the phone call. If we need her services in the future, we will call her without delay.

Karla is very responsive and very trustworthy. You just have to believe what she says and what she does. Because her company is small (basically her), you get her and not someone once, or twice removed from the "expert", or someone who's just a salesperson. She knows what she is talking about and what to do about your "problem". Her prices are in-the-market.

Karla was friendly and professional. She offered some solutions over the phone that I could try on my own before paying for the professional service. She arrived on time, treated the house inside and out,explained the safety of the products she used. There was no smell or visible residue. She was nice to my cats. I would rather not use any pesticides but I was concerned that the ants were nesting inside the house. I have not seen any ants in the house since the treatment.

Karla was great. She came and looked at our problem area and was honest in explaining that we would, most likely, always have a problem with a few mice, especially in the winter. We live in an old house and it's virtually impossible to keep them out. She gave us some great ideas as far as keeping them away without having to kill them. I'm happy to say we've kept the problem under control for about 9 months now. She also explained the possible cause of the problem with the meal moths, and for the most part, those haven't come back either. Karla was very informative, and didn't even charge us!

Karla is so awesome. I called her about the wasps and she was there that afternoon! She is so friendly and personable. I was working when she came and she was so cheerful about dealing with my babysitter. She got rid of the nest and didn't let a single bee into the house. She also figured out how the bees got in between the window and storm window and tried to fix the problem. There was a hairline fracture in the glass and it spread when she tried to fix it. She taped it up so the bees couldn't get in again, and left me a note offering to pay for a new piece of glass. It was not at ALL her fault; the window was old and cruddy anyway, and I told her not to worry about it for a second. She took $20 off the bill anyway, which was completely unnecessary and also is a testament to her integrity. I will use her anytime I need any kind of pest control, she is fabulous, honest, and a pleasure to work with.

She was extremely thorough in inspecting and treating a 1930's home for ant problems. She also looked around to see if there was any indication of any other insect problems.
