Terrific diagnostician and treatment proposals. We used her last fall for foundation spraying, again to inhibit and carpenter ants, and do a yearly preventative treatment. She was on time, did the work without commotion and was right on the mark. She gave clear instructions on not letting pets out for about 2 hours post treatment so it could absorb and dry. She made sure there was no rain expected to wash the exterior treatment away. She was careful on the property overall. She was the best exterminator we have ever had. Very educated on the work. Always comes ready for the unexpected and ready to move forward. Aardvark Solutions evaluates the customer without a preplanned, pattern of responding to ALL residential customers, and evaluates the specific needs in the immediate and if needed, also for a long term.

Karla is fantastic. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She found dry rot and water damage that the home inspector missed. She is the best.

I called Karla to come and look at a termite infestation in a little playhouse in our back yard and a carpenter ant problem we were having in the house. She was very responsive and helpful. She advised not bothering with the termites in the playhouse, as the structure would likely become quickly reinfested (it was built with exposed wood touching the ground) and the cost of the extermination would be a significant percentage of what it would cost to simply replace the structure with a new one. She did treat our ant problem in the house.

They are a top-rate company. They are environmentally conscious and they really know what they are doing. They are also always professional when they are at my home.

She could have done the first treatment at the same time she had come to inspect the place. But we were expecting company and we were going to cook shortly. She agreed to come back at a time suitable to us. She came over at the agreed upon time. She inspected the kitchen and surrounding area. She also looked at the basement and confirmed we only had carpenter ants. She puts traps and did the treatment. She assured us that it was safe for humans. She also inspected the kitchen and gave us some practical advise so that the ants eat the food from her traps and not get into our food or garbage. She took little over an hour to complete the treatment. She said the problem will get significantly less in a few days. She would follow up with a call and we can decide what to do next. She called back in a few days, the problem was resolved so we did not do any secondary treatment.

Outstanding. Karla came two times, on time, when she said she would. Karla is totally professional and is very serious about her work. I have had other exterminating companies before, but Karla spent a lot of time, checking every possible place that mice could come in. She patched holes inside and outside the house. Even climbed on a box to patch an area near the chimney. She educated me about places that mice come in. Since I am scared of mice, she allayed my fears. She takes pride in her own business.

Wow! Great service, great results. Karla booked 2 on-site appointments at my convenience, and the mice are gone. She was like a mouse detective, discovering how the mice were entering the house and taking care of the problem. She removes the dead mice she traps -- I never had to touch another trap! Karla is reliable, courteous and thorough.

Karla was very well informed, professional and courteous. She took the time to listen to all the details of our concerns. She came to the house and left baited traps at the various locations where there were signs of rat intrusions. She returned a few days later to inspect the traps and poison she had left. Noting a few signs that the bait had been eaten, Karla suggested what we might do next. As one of our condo members put it, "Karla is a born educator." We were very pleased with the work and the information that Karla provided.

She came out and found where they were getting in. She got the problem fixed and completely solved it. She always came when she said she would and knew exactly what she was doing. If I were ever to call a extermination person again, I would call them.

Karla was wonderful. Returned our calls and even tried to give my husband advice on things to try first before we committed to have her come out. She visited twice, once to assess and set traps/bait stations and once to follow up/make adjustments. She was honest and sensitive to the fact we have dogs in terms of how she chose to solve the problem. And so far, so good!

She did a follow up visit just to make certain everything was taken care of. This was no additional cost to me. It was a smooth visit as she showed up according to schedule and resolved the issue. I discussed my concerns of not wanting a lot of chemicals around my home. She respected my concerns and provided an ecological approach in treating the area with a being chemical.

She first came when we moved in, and sprayed. She came quickly and used chemicals that are not harmful for babies and pets. She also gave invaluable advice about pest and other critters we have in our yard.

Karla was prompt, polite, and extremely pleasant to work with. She called to confirm, showed up right on time, took the time to show us potential problems and explain what she was doing. She looked around the property and in the basement, and gave us recommendations about what to do around the house to prevent other insect and rodent problems. She worked quickly, and her price was reasonable. She was the best and nicest of many contractors I have worked with. I highly recommend Aardvark!

They were extremely helpful and we followed their advice to a tee and we got rid of the mice problems. They were inexpensive and professional as well. They answered all of our questions and we would recommend them.

Aardvark Solutions sent a very experienced person to do this work. Her name is Carla and she is so careful of your property. She even asked if she should take her shoes off before coming inside my home. The bees were high up and she was able to get at them and did a great job. The bees have not been back.

She was professional, friendly, informative, made suggestions, etc. Gave honest advice, including not recommending service that others may well have done (she suggested inspections every two years, for example).

Karla is responsive and knowledgeable. Found a wasp nest I didn't know about. Told us not to worry about the carpenter ants until after our stucco renovation was done - and call if encounter nest. Didn't find termites. On another trip she identified bees in our wood as carpenter bees, recommended the painter seal edges instead of exterminating since they are good pollinators.

It was a refreshingly helpful visit.

I loved them dearly. She was absolutely wonderful. She was an individual and not like other chains who want to sell you stuff. She also told us how to get rid of the problem. The only thing is that she lives pretty far away and really did not want to come out anymore. She did however recommended us to another company that turned out great.

When I first contacted Karla Thomlinson of Aardvark Solutions, she suggested that I buy snap traps from Home Depot and set them up myself - this would be far less expensive than having her do it. However, I wanted to assuage my tenants by hiring professional exterminator to get rid of the rat(s). Karla came the next day and set up re-usable rat traps in the furnace room. She also talked to the basement tenants, answering their concerns and questions regarding rat infestation. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and her answers satisfied my tenants. The traps worked, and (2) days later I caught the dirty rat. Fortunately, there have been no other rats since.

We had had four or five different people out to try to get rid of the squirrels that kept returning to our house. She arrived on time and knew exactly what she was doing. She was able to accomplish what none of the others had and at a reasonable price too. I would definitely recommend this service.

We were startled to find ants swarming in one of our dining room windows. And next coming out of a small hole in the floor. Karla responded quickly to our call for consultation. She carefully examined the situation - examining areas in more depth than have others in her field. She diagnosed a hidden nest and scheduled her treatment very quickly. Karla provided us with non-toxic ways to attack the ants (try the vacuum cleaner). Her treatment was careful, clean and not-at-all smelly. Karla approaches her work in a very professional manner. She is articulate and knowledgeable. Should we ever need to dispose of more pests, we will certainly call Karla again.
