Roots 'n Shoots

Tom successfully removed 13 of the 15 bushes we wanted out and did the work well. He cleaned all debris up and was polite and professional. Unfortunately he could not eliminate the roots of the largest 2, leaving about 10 inches exposed above ground. We were left to figure ourselves how to do it, as he did not have the tools. He did offer money back, but that did not solve the problem.

A car plowed up my front yard and Tom was very prompt when I called him. He gave me a estimate with pictures which I e-mailed to insurance company they cut me a check that day. He was on time and completed in one day. I would highly recommend Yardplus for any landscaping projects. I have other jobs for him to do so I will be calling him first.

He had to trim two very large Holly bushes and two smaller ones and was able to plant two arborvitae plants (5footers) that we had not previously included in our request. He was conscientious bout his work. He cleaned up the area. He even seeded, on his own, a few parts of the lawn that needed it . We will definitely be hiring him again.
