They're pretty good even though it's a small, independent garage that's owner operated. Anytime you get a car fixed it gets expensive, but this particular appointment was a bit of a discount. They do a very good job and are very serious about running a good business. The owner is pretty much there all the time. His name is Brian and he's a pretty nice guy.

I have used them several times, and they have been consistently good people to deal with. They had been very good. The price was a little bit more expensive than I anticipated, but the job was done, and it was done right. They also did gave us a breakdown of the diagnostics.

I went in for an oil change and they recommended I have the rear drum brakes and emergency brake adjusted. They did it. The cost was pretty high but they do good work. They will almost always try to sell you more services when you go in for an oil change.

My Subaru dealership had quoted me $1500 for the same job, but I took the 'cheaper' offer.
Accurate Automotive gets an F rating for Price and Quality - shouldn't they have detected the correct configuration *before* cutting off the existing muffler?? They had no trouble ordering and receiving the parts.
It took me a year to pay off the unexpected expense, and damaged my credit.

"I am sorry about your frustration with the 1995 Subaru Legacy. I am not clear about the concern. We looked at the vehicle on 6/21/2010 and gave you a quote of $2,740.00 based on what we observed to be the problem. You decline the repair on that day, then on 6/32/2010 brought the vehicle back be repaired which ended up being $2,497.57 ($250.00 less that our original quote) We did not bring the vehicle in, cut off the complete exhaust, then double the price."

Had been concerned about getting unnecessary transmission overhall, but had good feel about them. Price seemed reasonable; location convenient in town center, on bus. However, their affiliated towing companies were pricey (I used my coverage). Good phone communication upon assessment. Completed on time. Very professional, courteous, on pickup. Pleased with work (two months out).

As far as price, I understand $700 is on the higher side for brake repairs, and unfortunatly the sticking brake calipers are what increased the price. One in ten brake services we perform require calipers. The good news is pad life usually doubles as a result. Thank you again for choosing us for your auto service. Respectfully, Brian Hohmann"

They have been just incredible and I HIGHLY recommend them for all tire related needs. For both flats, they said, "just come right in and we'll fix it", and they did just that--no waiting, speedy repairs, etc.. And they are open late (up to 10pm on some nights) so I could get the service after work. And on top of all this, they are friend, are very knowledgeable, and have great prices.

I found Accurate Automotive on Angie's list. I selected them rather than use my usual garage because my garage did not have the equipment needed to work with the oxygen sensor. I dropped off the car and was given a courtesy ride back. Unfortunately, they did not contact me before 5:00 o'clock to let me know that the car would not be ready before the courtesy driver left for the day. Many garages will call you in the afternoon by a certain time to give you a time estimate if they will be working on your car into the evening hours. I had to find a ride after 5:00 o'clock when most people have left work or have made their plans. Other than the customer service issue, the car was fixed and appears to be O.K
