Flavia and her team are great. She has been cleaning my house for over 5 years and always does an excellent job. She is very flexible and always willing to reschedule if something comes up on my end. 1 or 2 times the cleaning wasn't up to par and when I followed up with her she couldn't have been more apologetic or appreciative for the feedback. She personally offered to come the next day to clean. She is extremely reliable and an excellent bargain for the services provided.

Very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend. Friendly staff, excellent attention to detail. Very accommodating and understanding about working around what is going on in our home at the time (e.g., meal preparation, our infant's nap schedule, our dog, etc.). The team regularly goes above and beyond in small but helpful ways (making up beds with thoughtful hotel-style touches, pairing up and lining shoes in closet). Very responsive to feedback and quick to remedy issues. Quality of service improves with each cleaning. Flavia is a pleasure to work with, and her team does high quality work that is better than the average service you get elsewhere (we tried out another company before settling on Natural Cleaning Service and also had worked with other cleaning services when we lived out-of-state). We have been very impressed.

This company, led by Flavia, is outstanding. The initial meeting with Flavia to talk about our need and her services left an instant impression of integrity, quality and customer service at it's best. This cleaning service not only cleans our home amazingly well on a weekly basis, but adds finishing touches such as folding towels oh so elegantly, fluffing pillows, organizing items that look amiss, and really making the place look like new when we get home that day. Flavia herself is someone you can trust and her work ethic and respect for her clients is something you do not find very often. She will consistently call me to ask if we have any "special requests" for the week or to ask how things are going with her services - she is truly a topnotch business woman and a pleasure to work with.

If my home were a set of teeth, my ex-cleaners were as effective as an old, crusty toothbrush. In contrast, the initial deep clean and subsequent weekly cleanings by Flavia's team are equivalent to a trip to a meticulous dental hygienist followed by regular flossings. Prior to the deep clean, Flavia reviewed with me my house from top to bottom and asked relevant questions about my family and our dog. I could tell that she was interviewing me as well to assess my disposition and integrity. A customer?s respect for her employees is important to her. With my ex-cleaners, the turnover was high and knowledge never got transferred. It was exasperating to reteach where everything was located. ?New? team members never introduced themselves either. When I interviewed Flavia, I asked her how she maintains cleaning team continuity. Flavia assured me that she tries to keep the same teams. This past Monday (eighth cleaning), Flavia was true to her word. One of the team members did not show up. However, Flavia herself arrived to introduce me to a new team member. She also sat down with me to review my list of idiosyncratic requests and reminders that I had been developing over the last two months. She took a copy as a checklist. She managed the transition of knowledge and preserved institutional memory. Flavia is responsive by text. I am happy.

Communication with Flavia and her team has been excellent. Any time I text Flavia to confirm or change a cleaning date, she responds almost immediately, and has always been as flexible as possible. I have also been easily able to communicate with her staff. They have done a consistent and thorough cleaning job over the past 6 months, and I have felt completely secure with having them in my home (either when I am working at home, or when I am out). In a family where both spouses work, it is wonderful to have a clean and attractive home without having to spend all weekend cleaning! After a recent renovation, the team really went above and beyond to clean the dust out of light fixtures, windows, baseboards, carpets - everywhere! Everything looks and smells fresh and clean!

Natural Cleaning is by far better than any other cleaning service I've dealt with and I've dealt with at least 3 others.

This cleaning service has been cleaning for me for approximately 6 months and they do a very good job. The are efficient and always on time. They are professional and always very courteous. I do intend to keep using them in the future.

Flavia and her team worked for me last year. My husband and I needed a cleaning service every other week for our fairly small 3 bed/ 2.5 bath home. The first cleaning seemed quite expensive to me ($300), but I saw all the great reviews so I agreed. The first time they came, they arrived around 40 minutes early. I took this to mean they were eager, but I did answer the door in my PJs ( I work PST hours, and go to bed very late). At the end, I asked Flavia to make sure they arrive at 10 going forward. The next appointment they arrived late, around 10:30, and Flavia just walked through the front door as if she lived here. I hadn't realized it was unlocked, but was very surprised at that behavior. Of the handful of times Flavia and her team came, they arrived on time once (either early or very late other times). A few times they just didn't come. After about the 4th cleaning I explained to Flavia that time is very important to me, as I plan my day around them coming. I asked that if they are running early or late, that she give me a heads up. Flavia's communication was terrible. She rarely followed up with me if anything were going to effect my visit, either running early, or late, or confirming time changes etc. I often reached out to her, which normally did not get a quick response. She is a working mother, and seems to be busy, however I hired her and her team to clean my house on a specific day, at a specific time. Overall she and her team do a good job of cleaning, I was incredibly disappointed with the communication and dependancy issues.

When I made the initial inquiry for a cleaning estimate, Flavia was very responsive. She got back to me right away and was able to come by within a day or two to give us the estimate. She told me what we could expect for the first cleaning and gave an overview of their services. Although I haven't known Flavia long, I can already tell that she is committed to making sure that her clients are satisfied. Flavia's team just completed our first deep cleaning, and we are very happy with the results! All of the women were very pleasant and professional. They were extremely thorough, and our apartment is sparkling clean! We are looking forward to using Natural Cleaning Service for our biweekly cleanings!

First, the lady promised to come Thursday didn't come and then she said that we made a mistake- it should be Friday at 1:00 pm-when we called. Then, the team finally came after waiting three hours on Friday. The three ladies rushed to get everything done in a bit over an hour. Of course, the result was disappointing. Bathroom floor was still filthy and the chandeliers were still dusty. Not that we expected everything to be sparkling, but they would have done a better job if they paid more attention. Not sure if it was because we didn't commit to a longer-term service when the lady suggested a bi-weekly cleaning. In any case, we will not use this service again.

Flavia and her crew are great. They come over to clean every two weeks and always do a great job. We interviewed at least four other cleaners and chose Flavia because it seemed like the best overall service for the best price. It was a great decision... Money well spent.

Flavia is always easy to get in touch with and flexible with scheduling. The cleaning crew is thorough and friendly.

I pay $100 every 2 weeks. It’s been good. She’s very professional. They regularly would turn up. They have a really good quality. There was one time where I wasn’t really happy because the cleaning wasn’t quite as good as it normally was so I sent her a text and she was very happy to get that feedback, like she really appreciated it.

Flavia and her crew have been cleaning our home every other week for the past 3 months and we have been very happy with their work. Flavia was very responsive when I first contacted her and we were able to schedule the first cleaning within a week of my calling her. Additionally, she has been very responsive to our requests and specific needs and has worked hard to accommodate our schedule. We have also been impressed with the quality of the job that she and her crew do, and with their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make our home not only physically clean, but neat-appearing as well (no small feat!). For instance, they always pick up our daughter's toys when we don't have time to, rather than just working around them, and last time they cleaned, they even went out of their way to get a stain out of her high chair, which was a really pleasant surprise. Overall, we have been really happy so far with Natural Cleaning Service and would recommend them to others.

Working with Flavia and her team is great. They do a great job and work quickly. They are especially interested in getting the job right, and I often receive texts from Flavia confirming specific requests, or soliciting weekly needs as they may change. It great to work with a team that is genuinely interested in feedback and constantly tailoring and improving the service we receive.

Flavia and her team have been great. The house is very clean after their visits and we love the little touches (ie the towels are folded like hotel towels). Flavia has been really good with communication, we immediately felt comfortable being able to give and get feedback on how things are going. We are very happy with the service and price. I contacted Flavia (along with several other cleaning services) after being frustrated with the cleaning company I used at that time. I met with Flavia and, after taking the tour of the house, she gave me an estimate of the work which was somewhat comparable to other cleaning services I contacted. In all, she appeared very professional and respectful throughout our communication and arrived on time to our appointment , so I decided to give her a try. I do not regret making that decision. Flavia and her team have been doing great job keeping my house clean for the past few months. Every night before the cleaning day she sends a text to remind me of our appointment and asks if there is anything extra that I want her to do. She offers additional services like refrigerator cleaning and such at no extra charge. You can feel that her goal is to make you happy with the final result, so she will go out of her way to do so. She is also very flexible in case you need her to come on the day other then your scheduled one (if you have house guests coming or going on vacation). She is very responsive to her customer's needs. All these are priceless qualities! I would recommend Flavia's services to anyone.

We've been using Natural Cleaning Service since the end of December 2012, after moving into our new home. We had some renovations done on the house before moving in and hired them to thoroughly clean the house before we moved in (for considerably more than the bi-weekly cleaning rate). This was especially important because a family member has asthma, and we needed the place to be completely free of construction dust. They did an extremely thorough job, cleaning every surface, even scrubbing walls, giving us the deep clean that we needed. Since then, we have been using them for bi-weekly cleanings on Fridays. I work at home, and the cleaning crew is always extremely considerate, working farther away from my office area to start and coming at the very end to clean the office area. They always do an extremely thorough job, and we are "wowed" after pretty much every cleaning. They even go above and beyond--one time I'd mentioned that we couldn't have the beds made since the sheets were still in the dryer, and they grabbed the sheets out of the dryer once it was done, without my saying anything, and brought the sheets up and made all three beds. What a nice surprise! They are great about cleaning up our disastrous playroom. All this for what I consider a very reasonable price to clean our house, 2300 square feet. We highly recommend them!

I've had Natural Cleaning Services perform house cleaning at my home on 2 occasions now and I am 100% thrilled with the results! I've schedule Flavia and her team for regular cleanings every two weeks. Workers are very thorough, do a great job from top to bottom (including baseboards!) as well as very careful with delicate items (lots of them throughout my home).

What I love about Flavia's team is that if there is a problem, they immediately bring it to my attention (a bathroom door that is not working correctly; a small thing broken). This is really important to me. And the house always looks beautiful and cared for after they clean--the beds beautifully made, the towels specially folded, small touches that give a big shine. I trust her team, and they communicate very well. My two large dogs were not a problem for them.

Flavia and her team does a great job cleaning the house, and Flavia regularly checks in to make sure everything is as we like it. She is very responsive. Whenever there is an issue, she rectifies it quickly.

Flavia gave me a quote to clean all three floors of my townhouse. She sent a crew on Saturday morning after I accepted the quote. A team of 4 showed up on Saturday and proceeded to work right away. They cleaned the whole house and organized. This was a very large job as I have a large condo and had an awful lot of stuff everywhere. The house was in much better condition when they left. At the end of the day Flavia came to inspect the work and she even took all the trash up to the dumpster for me. Overall I was very pleased and I asked them to return in another month.

Flavia is very responsive and professional. We've had a couple of issues with her staff, but she has offered to come back to correct mistakes and has spoken to her staff about the issues.

I call Flavia to see if she would come by on a SUNDAY to clean a 4bedroom apartment for the new tenants that were moving in on the 1st -- the last tenants moved out at 7AM on the first so there is just a very short window to get an apartment clean before the new tenants came in -- I know a lot of other landlords were having a hard time getting there cleaning company to come clean the units on Sunday but I had no problem with Favia -- I called and she said she would be there -- she did a great job and I would use her again -- she is a pleasure to have around --
