Natural Cleaning Service

Flavia came to see the house and give us an estimate, exactly when she said she would. She committed to a date early the next week, and I gave her a key. She and her assistant came in on the appointed morning, and called to tell me she had arrived, as I live out of town and was coming later in the day to inspect the job and pay her. When we arrived they were more than half finished, and the part they had done was spotless. This house had been occupied for thirty-five years by a lady who died at home at age 93. For the last few years, the only cleaning that had been done was by her health aides, which was adequate for her needs, but no deep cleaning had been done for a very long time.The house stood empty for seven months, and had been very full with a lifetime's collection of favorite things. Emptying the house raised a great deal of dirt. Flavia and her assistant took the job on, and did a truly commedable job. They even pulled the refrigerator out and cleaned under and behind it.They were very cordial, cheerful, cooperative and professional. She said that if I found any places that she had missed, she would come back. To my knowledge, that has not been necessary. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.

Falvia and her crew did an excellent job! The were quick, thorough and efficient. They responded to my request within a short time of my phone message and had a cleaning crew to my house within a few days. This was especially impressive as my request came at the start of a holiday week.

Flavia was responsive, punctual, and professional. She clearly communicated the nature and scope of her services and performed them very well. I was very happy with the service.

Flavia works hard to make sure you are satisfied with the job she and her assistants do. She also tries to arrange her schedule to accommodate yours (which she did for me given my busy travel schedule). Overall, excellent job and recommend this service!

I was initially apprehensive about having someone come and clean my place because it's fairly small (under 900 sq ft) and I felt that I could just maintain some level of cleanliness myself. I was wrong. You haven't seen clean until you see the job that Flavia does. She came to my condo last week to give me an estimate. We agreed on the price for the initial deep cleaning and she and her team came today and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the window sills, mopped all my hardwood floors, and scrubbed my entire kitchen and bathroom. I'm extremely impressed with her work and am having her come once a month (for $150) to keep to clean. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and wants to build relationships with her clients. In fact, my neighbor noticed the work she was doing and immediately asked her to give an estimate for her own place.

Flavia and her co-worker arrived ahead of schedule ready to go with a great level of professionalism. I contacted her 2 weeks prior to our appointment, she gladly came out to our new home on a Saturday morning and went through the house to provide a quote. We hired her to do a complete house cleaning on our home we recently purchased prior to move in. They used all natural products, which was important to us because we have a little baby. They did a very thorough job cleaning all radiators, floors, cabinets, built-in bookshelves, ceiling fans, everything. They did the job in 6.5 hrs. We are very pleased with Flavia and her team and will glady use them again. My sister was present when Flavia came out to give us a quote and she also was impressed with her knowledge of cleaning products, especially when she explained what she uses to clean our 200 year old hardwood floors to ensure the products do not harm the actual wood. I heard back within 10 minutes from Flavia regarding my initial inquiry as to whether she services the Norwood area. We came on a Saturday to meet me and see the unit and discuss expectations and price. I first got an initial deep clean (about $275) and Flavia and her other housekeeper were here about 4 hours and did a thorough job, including windows, baseboards, fridge, thorough dusting, etc; like a spring cleaning would be. I then hired Flavia for housecleaning every 2 weeks at a price of $120. Flavia is very professional and takes pride in her business and work. She is eager to receive feedback to ensure you are happy with the cleaning and expectations are met. Flavia costs more than the bigger companies, but it is worth it as she is personally out on every job. Because of this, the quality and consistency of the cleaning is maintained, as is the clear communication on expectation. And because she is personally out on every job, there is a trust so that I was comfortable going forward in having her come in and clean when I am not here. In my experience, it had been difficult finding a really good housecleaning service, and I am glad I have finally found one. I would highly recommend Flavia with Natural Cleaning Service. I also liked that she, as much as possible, uses natural cleaning products.

They cleaned all of the windows and wiped down most of the surfaces throughout the home. My disappointment in the service is in the inconsistency of the cleaning throughout the home. I found saw dust and other building residue in many different places, as well as windows that were not entirely clean. The floors were also overlooked in many places. For the money we spent on the services, our expectations were certainly not met. We were asked to consider them for ongoing services, and at this point I don't think I could do so fairly.

Flavia and another lady came at 8AM just as my tenants finish moving out. They clean the 2units which were both 4bedrooms units . They clean and disinfect the bathrooms -- wash and scub all the appliances inside and out in the kitchen - did alot of dusting - window sills and baseboards all over the apartments - mop all the floors in the unit -- they did a great job -- will call them again on some of the other units when they move out --

She was quick to come out to give us a quote, and was able to accommodate my schedule. She doesn't use many harsh chemicals, which I appreciate as my daughter has asthma and cleaning chemicals irritate her.

I called Flavia late last week. She called me back within 20 minutes and we quickly set up a time to me. She came on Saturday to meet me and give an estimate. She came today (Wednesday) with an assistant. They were late, but she clearly communicated that she was going to be late through a text message a half hour before she was due to arrive.They brought all of their own (natural) cleaning supplies. They spent 3 hours here. The house looks great! The bathtub, sink and fridge are shining like we've never seen them shine. They were very thorough - they found a pair of earrings I'd forgotten I even had! Flavia is very very open to receiving feedback and wants to make sure that her client is happy. She checked in several times to make sure everything was being done as we wanted it. We plan to have her come again next month.

Flavia was responsive to my inquiry and was able to accomodate my tight deadline. She came by and gave me a quote within hours of speaking. She was flexible when I had to move the time unexpectedly. Overall, she was professional and I recommend her.

everything went great; we spoke on the phone and figured out the details; Flavia came to give an estimate. i sent her a check by mail . she arrived on her own and did all the cleaning without supervision. when we arrived to move in to our house it was nice and clean! she texted and called to keep me updated on the progress, great experience!

There are two people and they do a great job.

I have been unhappy with my cleaning service so I joined Angie's list to find a new person. I interviewed 4 services, and I liked Flavia from Natural Cleaning Services the most. She is professional and understands the kind of cleaning that my house needs. She was reasonable in negotiating a price and came when it was convenient for me. She and the woman that came with her cleaned my house extremely thoroughly from top to bottom without making me feel like she had re-arranged my personal possessions. I really like their service.

Flavia and Maria were absolutely brilliant! Flavia was so responsive: 1. emailed me the same night i contacted her 2. came out the following day for an estimate 3. came the next day after to actually do the work my house was a disaster! it's so clean now. what was especially nice was as she was working, she would come and ask me to check to see if they were working to my standards. how nice is that?!?!? also, once they were finished, she asked me to check everything to see if there was something else to do. how professional is that?!?!!? they worked so fast, but paid attention to details I would have not even thought of! i would highly recommend Flavia!! only downside - quite pricey for weekly/biweekly cleanings....maybe things can work out where i can have them all the time!!! way to go Flavia!!! We moved recently to a new home and were looking for new house cleaners. Flavia got back to me right away about my request, was very quick with all responses during our negotiations about price and timing and was extremely helpful throughout the process. She has now been cleaning our home for a couple of months and has done a great job. Highly recommended!

Flavia and her team have been our cleaning service for ~5 years at this house and our prior house. She and her team are highly dependable, very thorough, and always want to make any improvements/adjustments if needed. She is exceptionally professional and is very service oriented, always wanting to ensure we are happy customers (which we have been for 5 years). For example on short notice, she has adjusted her time and/or dates of cleaning to meet some issues that came up on our end (kids home sick etc). Additionally, we have made "special requests" (e.g. steam-cleaning our carpeting, adding on new rooms) and she always accomodates and has done a great job. She often goes "above and beyond" with her very thorough cleaning our toy room (which can get quite dirty with 2 kids and a dog). Flavia is a great partner to our family and I feel lucky to have a team that is so dependable, helpful and thorough. We tried other "professional services" (national chains) and Flavia and her team were by far the best.

They came at the scedualed time and did a amazing job. My children were home and even though they said "we will not be in the way" if your a parent, you know they did! still Flavia (the owner) and here help, did the job.

I found The Natural Cleaning Service on Angie's List, and I've been pleased. Flavia and her team started working in 2004. She comes to my house every other week, and she's very faithful. At times she runs late and this has never been a problem for me. She's very reliable and she cleans thoroughly. She's willing to do whatever the job entails. I recommend completely Flavia and Natural Cleaning Service.

Since this is a weekly job, there is no start to finish really. But every week I am very happy to come home to a house that smells nice and looks great.

I hired this service to clean an empty, renovated condo. My experience was mixed. Flavia emailed and called me within 8 hours of my initial email. We did a walk-through early the next day, and she arrived on time, quoted me $350 and then knocked it down to $300, plus $100 to haul away a bunch of trash. I booked her for two days later to do the work. All that was great. From there, it went downhill. She asked me to buy her 3 bottles of window cleaner. Her team arrived on time, finished the work and left while I was out. The next day (Saturday) I checked their work and saw that about a third was done well, a third was done poorly, and a third hadn't been done at all. I called her and she came back Monday and re-did all the stuff she missed very well, but didn't call afterward as requested, and (despite a direct request) never returned the leftover window cleaner bottles. Flavia is a very nice person and works hard, but you should plan to oversee her carefully.
