Flavia in amazing! She wanted to meet ahead of the cleaning to do a walk-through, to find out my specific requests. Although she explained that some of my requests were "unusual" (e.g. bagging the laundry for the cleaners for me), she agreed to do everything I asked. It wasn't a pig sty, but my condo definitely showed significant neglect...but when Flavia and her team were done it was like new. I am extremely pleased with her work. I will definitely call on her again.

I was looking for cleaners who were insured and bonded. I deal with Flavia. They are very good cleaners, they are very clean. They mop the wood floors, they make the beds, they are very quiet when working, they don't take a rest, they come in and work.

These guys do a great job. They always send three people to clean and everything looks amazing. They make both beds, cleans all the floors, the bathrooms, the kitchen(including the oven), the fridge, the windows, dust etc. and spend at least one hour here (with 3 people). My condo is brand new construction and all of my furniture is relatively new. They really are diligent and careful. I also think how they fold the towels up and tp in the bathroom like hotel is a nice touch.

I called Flavia to set up a convenient time to meet and she showed up right on time. The first service was a deep cleaning and was double the regular price, which was worth it. When I came home some of the walls looked like they had even been washed. My husband said, "these guys are not messing around." I was looking for a company that I could have a long-term relationship with. I also have 2 cats and I was quite concerned about the cats escaping when people are going in and out of the apartment. I have one cat that waits by the door and runs out. I knew I also wanted a company that used green cleaners since I have allergies and asthma. I found all that with Flavia and her crew. They even do things that other typical companies do not do like: cleaning the refrigerator, stove, interior window washing and taking out the trash. Flavia started with me a few months ago and her team comes every other week. She is reliable, conscientious, trustworthy and hard working. She even stressed to let her know if I am not satisfied with anything and she is very accommodating. I would highly recommend Natural Cleaning Service without hesitation.

Flavia and her team seemed satisfactory until I was introduced to another cleaner that does a better job for less money and in a larger space (I recently moved). While they were somewhat accommodating with time, as someone that runs with a very tight schedule, I found it frustrating that they were often late by about twenty minutes, and while I understand that it is difficult to find parking, etc. in the city, the fact that this occurred every morning should have given them a heads up that maybe they needed to come out a little earlier. Overall they seem to do an above average, but for $100 for an hour and a half (about what they spent at my place), I was expecting more. There is better available in the area.

Although Natural Cleaning Service has been cleaning our house for a short period of time, I've been impressed with the emphasis Flavia places on having satisfied customers. The first time our house was cleaned she came with four of her cleaners. She asked that we go through the house together so that she could understand our expectations. She even added some items we had left out such as cleaning the stove and a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator. Flavia left after the crew set to work, but called later that day to ask if we were satisfied, or if anything was not to our liking. We told her we were very satisfied and that the house had never looked cleaner. It also didn't smell of cleaning products (that's implied in the company's name, but we had specified in advance that we wanted only natural cleaning products to be used). The second time Natural Cleaning came it was a crew of three people who went right to work, and in a few hours had done another excellent job. Once again, Flavia called to make sure we were satisfied. When looking on Angie's List for companies to perform work on, or in my house I always look at the summary of all written reviews in the histogram. I look for companies with a 90% or higher overall satisfaction rating. I was surprised at the number of house cleaning companies with ratings below that level. Natural Cleaning Service meets that criterion, and I can see why.

The workers of Natural Cleaning Service did a very good job. They're very thorough and friendly; however, their punctuality is not great.

Flavia took the extra time to figure out how to get dust off my high ceilings. She listens to when I ask her to do things a certain way and is also very flexible when having to change the dates of service.

Natural Cleaning Service was excellent. Flavia was very responsive and accommodating. Her team found time for me when I called very last minute and when her day was already full. They did a very thorough job cleaning, which included areas that other companies have missed (ie. baseboards, inside cabinets, etc.)

The cleaning crew came right on time and did a wonderful job. They even cleaned out the fridge and took the racks out of the oven and polished them. Every time they come I am impressed with their thoroughness and how they always clean something I didn't expect.

Overall it went great. I the cleaning was very thorough and she did everything that we asked. Flavia and her assistant were very professional and I would highly recommend her.

Flavia was wonderful to work with. She was the first to contact me after I submitted requests for more information. We set up a time for her to come and assess the work to be done and she arrived and greeted me in a professional manner. She was kind, confident, and professional. We agreed upon a reasonable price and day for her to come clean our home. We had just had major renovations done, all of our furniture was in the apartment, and there was a thick layer of dust on everything. The day of the appointment my husband had a heart attack and I had to bring him to the hospital. When I conveyed this to Flavia, she was very understanding, we arranged for an alternative way of letting her in the house. She came with one other person and they did a beautiful job. It was so refreshing to come home to a beautifully cleaned house. She even checked in with me afterward to see how we liked the cleaning and how my husband is doing. Flavia was wonderful! I highly recommend working with her!

We encountered some delays in closing on our new house so we had to reschedule our cleaning appointment twice. Flavia was very flexible and accommodating. She was able to meet our needs with short and sudden notice. Once we were out of the apartment, Flavia and her team performed a thorough cleaning and left the place in spotless condition. She updated me by cell or text message when the job was under way and when they were finished. She also sent my cell phone photos of the job so I did not have to return to the apartment to inspect. Flavia was both professional and amicable. First class job all the way.

I had interviewed a number of cleaning services before meeting Flavia. I was immediately impressed by her. Flavia stresses the importance of communication and honesty. She is very careful to ask me if there's any specific need I might have this week, or if there is anything I would like her to do better. She and her husband work with the team, and they don't leave my home until it meets their personal standards of cleanliness. And those standards sparkle! Our family has environmental allergies, and Flavia has been very responsive to using a HEPA filter vacuum. She also uses non-toxic, green-friendly cleansers, and a lot of elbow grease. I'm delighted to have found Flavia - she's a treasure!

We have a large 3 story home that was becoming very difficult to maintain so I decided to find someone to do a full clean so that I would have a great base to work with. I chose Natural Cleaning Company based on the reviews here on Angie's List. I called and got through to them right away and was able to set up a consult almost immediately. Flavia came to the house and I instantly loved her. She is professional but warm and so easy to talk to. We did a walk through, she assessed the place and the job and we discussed the price. I was worried that it might be hard to schedule something before the holiday but she fit us in on a Saturday before Christmas. She arrived with 2 other wonderful helpers on that Saturday. They arrived promptly at 9am and they worked tirelessly throughout the day until 5 pm. They did the most amazing job. Every inch of my house was sparkling clean. They truly go above and beyond to make the client happy. Flavia takes great pride in running an exceptional service. Impeccable!! I highly recommend them! I should also point out that initially, I was uncertain about the price she gave me for the all day clean, but now I can say that it was worth every cent. It's a huge job, and they worked hard to make it shine. I loved them so much that we signed on for bi-monthly service.

She's punctual, but if she's delayed, she calls or texts me. She truly cares about doing an excellent job and wants her customers to be 100% satisfied; she always asks me if everything is ok. She and her crew do a fantastic and very thorough job cleaning my house from top to bottom, and everything absolutely sparkles afterwards. I'm so pleased to have found Flavia, and will continue to have her clean my house.
