So far so good. Scott returns your call immediately, schedules appointment and is very prompt and professional. He estmatated the scope of the project, also provided worst case scenario. Fortunatley the fix was minor as he expected. He is fast, came exactly when he said he would and didn't pad the time it took to complete the job.

Excellent. We had to replace our water tank when we awoke to no hot water. We did not have a plumber and used Angie's list to find one. Saw the review on Scott and decided to give him a try. The reviews were very accurate. We had to leave a message when we made our initial call. Within 2 minutes Scott called us back. He was in Maine but said he would be able to replace the tank on the same day as the call, even though we lived on the south shore and it would take him approximately 2.5 hours to get here (he did mention that he did have another job in the area as well). He gave us an estimate for the cost as well as time when he would arrive. Did arrive during the time frame he stated. Replaced out tank within 1.5 hours. The cost was a $100.00 more than the estimate which we thougth was very reasonable. Scott was very knowlegeable and confident in his work. Showed a nice balance between talking to my husband and getting the work done. He even placed a tarp between our front door and the cellar. He will be the first one to call for our future plumbing needs.

Scott got back to right away. We made an appointment and he was punctual and very professional. He is also a very nice person. The job was done very efficiently. There was no mess to clean up. I can't say enough about Scott. I will definitely be using him for all my future plumbing needs and I have 2 1/2 bathrooms. He was a great choice!!! Thanks so much.

He was great he was on time and professional. He helped me out with some other plumbing issues I needed advice on.

The toilet was leaking around the base and going down stairs and wetting the ceiling below. It turned out to be the flange under the toilet was broken and had to be replaced, which Scott did. The toilet is fine now. He called me right away after I left a message and set it up for him to come over the next day. He was on time and got the job done pretty quickly. I will call him again with any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I contacted Scoot to come out and give me a estimate. He was quick to respond back to me and we set up a time for him to come out. Scott arrived when he said he would and was easy to deal with. He gave me a price and explained clearly what was involved. We set up a time for him to do the work and once again he was right on time. Everything went well and I was impressed with his workmanship .I would highly recommend Scott, for he is a true professional and I plan on using him in the future.

I had a leaking kitchen sink drain pipe in my basement in a very difficult place to reach. He answered his phone promptly, showed up to look over the pipe, and gave me a date that he could return. He then showed up promptly on the date, and did an excellent job replacing the leaking pipe without any help even though the pipe was in a very difficult to reach location. He was very professional, and took much less time to get the job done than I expected. I would recommend him to anyone I know in need of plumbing services, and I plan to use him again in the future.

Scott answered his phone immediately - made arrangements at my convenience, followed up and showed up on time. Very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I am actually having him return.

I called on Monday morning and Scott was here on Tuesday morning. He was very busy but managed to get to me as well. I was very pleased with the job done, and would not hesitate to call again.

Scott will call in advance to schedule and is always prompt with the scheduled time. He originally came to just repair the drain but then I complained about the leaks. He said I needed a new disposal. I also complained about the fixtures. He said they were cheap and would be expected to break easily. I then complained about the flex pipes always rusting. He said that they should be replaced with permanent pipes. So I agreed to have this all done. I chose a $250 fixture from his supplier which had them in stock. Since he couldn't fix the drain problem which isn't his profession even though he spent a good hour trying, he didn't charge me but referred me to Mr. Drain which completed the job. This is an excellent policy - especially since Mr. Drain charged me $179 which comes with a 90 day warranty which came in handy. He came over at the scheduled time promptly. He told me that the soap dispenser was separate from what I chose and not in stock and that he had to go out of his way to get one. Then he told me that some of the leaks were not part of the original job. I asked him to please fix all the leaks. He did an excellent job but next time I will be very particular about what needs to be repaired and point out everything and ask how much for each or find out in advance. The receipt did not list the cost for all the parts so I had to take his word for it. One flex pipe still remains but it is connected to the dishwasher - so it technically wasn't part of the job. Communication must be very precise. Once he knows exactly what you want, he does an excellent job with no mess. I must be proactive with him to anticipate any miscommunication.

Scott is a good guy to deal with. Plumbing labor is expensive and there is no way to get around that fact, but if you are looking for a professional, straightforward, fair and customer-focused plumber, I highly recommend giving Scott a try.

l noticed a water stain in three places on the dropped ceiling over my townhouse condo kitchen area. This is located under a master bathroom that adjoins a second bathroom on the second floor. I expected we might have to open the ceiling but Mr. Moore was careful to explain that since the ceiling was dry the likelihood of an active leak was low. He inspected the upstairs plumbing including removal of a side panel on the tub in the master bedroom since it has a Jacuzzi. No leaks noted. He inspected the area under both sinks and found no evidence of leaks. He said it was possible that water may have gone though the floor at some point but that the sealing of the tile looked secure. His conclusion was that since the faucets on both tubs and the water control dials were not properly sealed where they met the side walls of each unit, that they should be caulked and he proceeded to do this. He thought water from the shower most probably had leaked through these areas at some point and collected in the sheetrock seams below. He recommended some small pencil marks to note the location of the stains which appeared to be where two pieces of sheet rock had been joined, then apply a stain remover and observe. For $100 I got a very reasonable solution and some education. Both are the marks of true professionals. He was prompt, thorough (spent about 45 minutes) friendly, took care to leave the area as clean as he found it and answered all my questions.

I had a new washing machine delivered and had paid for installation only to have them tell me that they couldn't install the new washing machine due to an issue with the pipes. This was the Thursday night prior to the February blizzard. I called Scott that night, he came at around 10:00 the next morning and got my washing machine hooked up and working for me before the blizzard started which was such a relief!

It was a very positive experience. He responded to phone calls promptly, showed up on time, pleasant to work with, communicated clearly, and helped with getting the best price for my faucet.

Only one work: Excellent. I am a happy camper.

We have used Scott for a few jobs. Simple things like a shower head that had broke off to a water heater that just went. He returns phone calls quickly and is very good about getting the job done quickly. He is on time and we have never had a problem with him.

I had a clog deep in the netherworld of mu plumbing, and despite my best efforts, was unable to budge it myself. I found Scott here on Angie's list, and he was at my door less than 3 hours later. He was fast, thorough, professional and I could not have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be using his services again in the future, should the need arise

We had been having trouble with a garbage disposal which we purchased and installed ourselves (kept coming loose), while simultaneously having a clogged sink drain. We had already dismantled the disposal ourselves in hopes that was part of the clog problem however it was not. We called Scott (based on Angie's List reviews) because at that point it was beyond our level of plumbing knowledge. I contacted him Wed the 6th in the morning, the secretary promptly passed the message along and he called me 15 min. later. He was able to schedule for early (6AM) the next morning, willingly coordinating with our work schedules. He arrived promptly at 6Am and went right to work. Very professional and friendly. He was able to rework the plumbing (so the disposal connected to the pipe better) and snake the sink in under and hour. We did have to pay for a new part of the disposal "collar" that was loose and not holding the machine properly. He sated on the phone that he was did not specialize in snaking/clog removal but would give it a try. The kitchen sink went smoothly. The bathroom sink slow drain was not a completely cleared, however, it is running better than it was. He spent about 10-15 min trying to get it and then determined that it better left to the specialists. He left his card (a magnet which is great!) and said to give him a call for their reference. He works with them regularly. Overall the experience was a good one. The price was reasonable and he worked quickly. He was gone by 7:15. I would definitely call Scott again.

I think his prices are reasonable. He did a good job. He came on short notice, which we appreciated.
