THEY DO NOT DO THERMADOR and didn't tell me in phone. I would have used another company so I wouldn't have to call another one to service the cooktop. He also provided me with some idea what may be wrong with my washing machine ( in JP- they do not service JP). I was told it was dead & buy a new one. He was right & saved me ~ $2000!!!

Answered the phone when I called, and was able to come within the hour. Repaired both appliances within an hour. Very professional and friendly. Will use again.

this is the second time i've interacted with Paul and he's been great and professional both times. this time was to fix my washing machine. he arrived in the time window that he said he would. he worked quickly. unfortunately, he couldn't fix my machine and i paid just the service call fee. i gave a fair rating for that because i dislike that i had to pay for someone to tell me they can't do anything for me, but i do understand that it still is his time that i'm paying for. overall an "A" and i would definitely use Paul again.

Provider arrived on time, fixed the dryer, and fixed a loose knob on my stove, going above and beyond the call of duty.

I called Paul and explained the issue we were experiencing with our fridge and he was able to come over the same day and fix it up good as new! For about a month prior to the service call, we'd noted that the refrigerator door was not sealing shut properly. Over time, the temperature in the fridge was steadily getting warmer until one day it stopped working altogether. After taking apart the freezer, he found that a large block of ice had formed which was blocking off all of the cold air to the fridge. He immediately got to work defrosting the freezer which fixed the temperature issue. In response to the door not shutting properly, he ruled out the gasket, which was good as this would have been costly to replace. He happened to notice that one of the door hinges was bent out of shape (caused by my 2-year old pulling the door all the way back) and fixed it, finding that this was the source of the problem. Overall, I was very pleased with Paul's work and was extremely happy that our issue had a much less costly solution than what I was bracing myself for. Paul was great at explaining what he was doing and also gave great tips on how to better maintain our fridge and other appliances for a longer life span. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Service tech had parts to repair oven ignition system which he did quickly and oven has worked fine since

My dryer was turning on but the drum wasn't moving. I called and left a message and Paul called back within 24 hrs. On the day of the appt, he called as he was on his way (which was great) and fixed the dryer while I watched, since I had never seen the inside of a dryer before. It wasn't a big repair and it only took about 15 min. to fix. Paul was courteous, informative and professional. I would call on him again. I wish it wasn't so expensive to install a $20 part but that seems to be the going rate.

Our fridge was not cold enough. I called Paul and he planned to come later that day. He called back when he said he would. I thought I had figured out the problem. Paul talked me through it on the phone. He asked me diagnostic questions. I felt like he didn't need to come to our house after all. Paul was very understanding and didn't try to hard-sell me into keeping the appointment. Overall, I was really pleased with our two conversations and grateful for his advice.

I called and left a voicemail for Paul in the morning. A few minutes later, he called back and I explained the issue we were having with our refrigerator's water filter/dispenser. He asked if I was available the same day, and when I said yes he offered to come look at it sometime between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm. He informed me that it would cost $75 for the service fee/visit, plus whatever parts and labor might be necessary. At 1 pm, Paul called and said he would be arriving in about fifteen minutes. When he came in, he was friendly and courteous. He immediately began checking out the refrigerator, and within a few minutes he described the problem to me. Basically, he recommended that I not bother replacing the water dispenser system, since he said would cost at least $400. (He also said he doesn't do that particular work.) I felt that he thoroughly assessed the situation and explained it to me, and even though it was a short visit, it was a worthwhile visit. I recommend calling him, and especially appreciated how quickly he responded to my initial query that morning.

I called this service provider to fix the broken belt on my gas dryer.. The owner came to my house the same day. He had the correct belt on his truck. He replaced thebroken belt in short order. He was courteous and efficient.,

The whole experience was very good. The Maytag dryer was broken, we called, he came and fixed it. The hoses to the washer seemed to be not properly tightened. I asked him to check it. He saw the issue and tightened them properly. It was simple but without the right type of tools I would have spent half hour doing it. I had a broken button on the dryer and I asked him if he could get the part. He gave me the Parts Departments number and said it may be expensive and I may want to call them and order it if the price was fine with me. The part was too expensive for me and I did not buy it. I could not have asked for a better service call.

I ended up not using the coupon because I was out of their service area, but they were very professional over the phone.

Very pleasant interaction, but ultimately another service person was able to come immediately.

Overall I found Paul to be on time with a call before he arrived---also he was polite, professional/knowledgable about what he was doing. He completed the job quickly and was reasonably priced. I would call him again

I noticed the problem a few days ago. The fridge was still running but the frost-free freezer was showing frost and the fridge compartment wasn't holding the cold. We're having a very hot summer and I was worried about not have a fridge for the several days it would take to buy a new one and have it delivered. But the problem was fixable and not prohibitively expensive. The entire process from making the appointment to his arriving and repairing the unit went very smoothly.

Paul was excellent. I had my waher die on me on Sat before Easter, the day before I had to leave for a 3-week business trip. I called over 20 companies on this site, many claiming 24h emergency service but got no replies. Paul was prompt, awesome, polite, fixed my problem and with a great attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

He was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. The problem was not as we feared the machine but caked up soap. He advised us to remove sock we used to filter outflow. He also advised us to keep our old refrigerator because new ones weren't as good. Excellent job.

Came promptly, as he has in the past, located the problem, found it took more work than he'd estimated, but still charged me only estimated price, and gave good advice about maintenance.

Paul was able to come the day I called. He was courteous and efficient and easy to work with. He found and fixed the problem with my dishwasher, which was a piece of plastic stuck in the drainage assembly. I would call him again.

The company was able to send a repairman the day that I called. Paul was really nice, efficient and fixed my dryer quickly, and for less than I'd expected. I highly recommend this company.

He was excellent. He came out the same day that I called. He fixed it perfectly and was very neat and clean. He explained what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again. He also looked at my other appliances and gave me tips on how to make them last longer.

The service provider was excellent. He analyzed the problem, replaced the defective part and had the dryer working again in 20 minutes. He was professional and provided advice about how to keep the dryer vent clean and how to get the most out of our washer.

Without the dishwasher pump, water accumulates in the base of the dishwasher and overflows onto the floor. Mr. Bagdasarian re-arranged his own schedule to get here quickly, he replaced a faulty switch and was downright pleasant, to boot! I am delighted to give him a 5-star rating!

Paul responded to my email the same day and made an appointment to visit soon after. He gave a three-hour time frame for his arrival and showed up within the first hour. Although we believed we needed a new gasket, Paul repaired the current gasket and explained why it had malfunctioned. He then asked about other repairs and proceeded to make adjustments to our dishwasher as well, without any extra charge. In addition, he gave us advice about ordering a part (costing less than $3.00) that had broken on the dishwasher. Throughout his visit he was friendly, courteous, and informative, and he did the jobs efficiently and effectively. I like the fact that he both owns the business and does the work himself. In the past we used a large appliance company that was satisfactory but impersonal. In the future we will turn to Paul for repairs.
