Description of Work: Tim at D&T was on site within a day of my call to control ants entering the house. He quickly treated all areas and explained that he would follow up in a few weeks to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction and to treat the ourside of the house once the snows thaw. All include in the smae very reasonable price. | |It is grreat to have a local provider who is responsive, does what is needed and stands behind his work. | |Veryy Happy.

Description of Work: Control of mice inside, and bees wasps and foundation insects. As this is a yearly contract and they come multiple times a year service is usually very god but there is a lot or personnel turnover and some have been marginal. Most very good.

Description of Work: This company will come back between quarterly visits at no charge if you call them with a problem. They are good about calling a few days in advance of a visit to make sure you will be available.

Description of Work: Took care of mice, ants and spiders. Blocked any crevices to home that pest could use. Spray inside and out put bate boxes in. The first visit was 2years ago and I renew annually I have not had a recurring problem, bate boxes in garage have not been touched☺️

Description of Work: Hired D&T to exterminate bee's nest in basement. They came the next day (faster than other two places I called), checked nest, ceiling and inside walls, evaluated problem quickly, sprayed, explained follow-up I needed to do, and left inside an hour or so. Bees dead and so far not returning. I used their Angie's List coupon, so it cost a very reasonable $100. My only hesitation is that the rep I worked with had a somewhat, relaxed "salty" personal style, but he was certainly nice enough, did the job and answered all my questions. I'd use them again.

If it's an emergency they are there for you. Last summer when they came I just wanted the house sprayed for ants and once they left I did not see another ant in the house.

The technician was all business, got to the root of the problem, and continues to give us excellent service. When there was a glitch, the owner promised us his most experienced employee after calling us directly to apologize for inconveniences. | |We are preparing to renew for our third year with the company.

Description of Work: This was my third interaction with D&T, and it involved dealing with a carpenter ant invasion. On other visits, they have treated the property for bees and mice. All three instances resulted in my being free of all three pests. Their techs have been competent, polite, professional, and have taken the time to explain the hazards of the treatments in terms of my pets as well as hazards to my family. | |Their prices are reasonable have included several follow-up visits. They have arrived on schedule or have called when they are delayed. I have no reservations about recommending their services.
