He showed up promptly to look at the job, gave an estimate promptly, performed the work earlier than he had committed to, finished promptly, charged the amount he had estimated, and the quality of the work is very good.

It was great. He is a fascinating person. Very detail oriented. Works a little slowly, but does a great job. Doesn't destroy other things while fixing one thing. Very clean and cleans up after. Researches jobs after he knew what I wanted.

ernando is an absolute pleasure to work with. He came out to my home to give a quote which was very reasonable and was able to do the work on the spot. He removed a vanity and counter top. I would highly recommend Fernando. Fernando will be back to install the new vanity. So glad I found Fernando on Angie's list.

I had a lot of odd jobs requiring a handyman. Fernando was willing to do many different types of work and did them all well. He is courteous, punctual, and professional. His work is of high quality and he cleans up after himself. He was careful not to wear his shoes in the house without me even asking. I will definitely use his services on a regular basis. I can recommend him without any reservations. He's a great guy!

He did an excellent job. He lives in our town and said he doesn't usually do this kind of work. He tok our job, though, because he could work on it on his way to/from home. The work was done in one day.

He is a really good guy and he is reasonable. He is very conscientious, prompt, professional, and friendly. He has also retiled my bathroom and kitchen in the past. I have referred him to others.

Fernando is excellent. He is accessible, responsive, professional and knows how to do these odd jobs. He loves little projects where he can come and go. He measured the doors for me and told me what to ask for at a home improvement store. He was there the next day when the doors came in. As for the front walkway, he was very clear on what needed to be done to secure our overhang/pillars in front of the house so that the mason could reconstruct below the pillars.

We did a walk around and completed a list of jobs. Fernando estimated that it would take about two days work and completed on time and budget. An additional piece of work was discovered in the middle of the paining. Fernando came on the weekend to complete the job. All work was done in a way that, once painted, completely hid the original damage.

The whole thing looks fantastic. I am very pleased with them. They were easy to work with and did an impressive job on the detail and work that they put into our project. They were on time and the price was very reasonable.

He came out at the drop of a hat after our call. He was able to work around the painters and he did not get in their way. We also had him install three closet doors in the past and he did a good job with that. He was just awesome.
