Company representative was able to meet for an estimate within a few days of my call. Estimate was given right away. Crew showed up on time, were polite and very neat. Care was taken to do a quality job. Job took slightly longer than expected but I was kept fully informed about progress. Great company...happy to do business with again!

I would not recommend this company to anybody. The workers didn't know how to paint. They used poor techniques and it stands out. I had to go back in and go over everything they touched.

The Certa-Pro team was very professional from the beginning to the end. The estimate was very detailed and included many of the options that we asked for, but in some cases, did not exercise. In one case I had to remind the painters to paint a region behind some furniture that I thought they would do without me reminding them. Their panting, however, was of high quality and the team were very good in our home and with our family and children. In some cases, they did a little more than we asked for, and that was very appreciated.

Excellent experience. Very good price. There were a few areas I felt were not perfect. I called Steve and he had the painters come the next day redo it to my satisfaction. Painters were efficient for the time and that probably allows him to be competitive

It was very hot like 95 degrees and the painters kept right on painting. One of the paint cans was the wrong color and it was the suppliers mistake and three walls were done before we realize it was the WRONG color. The painters were very upset and the head painter went back to the store and got the right color. Everybody was happy.

Excellent. Professional estimate & project manager, outstanding quality of paintwork and attention to detail. In particular I requested high-heat metallic paint for radiators, which was sourced and applied quickly and beautifully. They even painted the radiators which were underneath radiator covers! Overall, they exceeded my expectations.

They were very diligent, thorough and professional. They showed up on time and did everything they said they were going to do. Their estimated price was $12,000. I would use them again in the future; in fact, they are going to be doing the work for me.

The process from start to finish was extremely smooth. Steve, the owner of CertaPro came out to my house to do the estimate. He spent about 30 minutes or so going through the rooms, and figuring out the exact costs. Afterwards he sat down with me and explained what the cost would be, and how he came to that figure. He provided me his contact information, and also followed up with me later that week to thank me for the opportunity. After I decided to go with CertaPro I sent in a deposit check for 10% of the total as well as the color choices I had chosen and we scheduled a date that worked for me. I was told it would take one day to complete the work and that the painters would arrive promptly at 8AM. The day of the job, the painters did indeed arrive at 8AM and began setting up. There were two painters, and both were very professional. I left for the day, and they assured me the work would be done when I returned. I returned that afternoon around 4pm, and they were just finishing up the work. The house had been left in wonderful order with all of my furniture and floors covered for protection. The painting came out beautiful and there were no blemishes left behind. The painters finished cleaning up all of their equipment and were done and gone by 5pm. All of my furniture had been put back in place and it looked like no one had been there. I could not have been happier with how the painting came out and would recommend CertaPro to all my friends.

We had installed new replacement windows in the Spring and there was bare exterior wood. In addition, the trim hadn't been painted in 7 years (when we moved in) and the stucco probably hadn't been painted in 20 years. We looked at handymen as well as painters for the project and found CertaPro to be the most price competitive as well as flexible in what we wanted. Sergio and the crew did a fantastic job. Always pleasant, always on time and worked very hard. They did a terrific job. They even came back on a weekend to finish the job.

Joe Markey showed up promptly for the estimate walk through. He made some suggestions which were good and gave me a printed estimate on the spot. His price was not the lowest but it was more detailed and left less chance of extras. The man who came to power wash didn't have his own ladders so he used mine. He did a good job. It took 3 days to get the proper stain and color. The first color was way off and solid stain (I wanted semi and told Joe that.) Then they had the right color but it was again solid stain. They tried to convince me to use solid. I said no. Then they told me the color I wanted was not made in semi so they brought me a brochure and I selected a color which was acceptable. When they finally started painting they did it quickly and neatly. No complaints. When it came to the deck, they again brought the wrong stain even though I gave them a can of the stain I used. They got the correct one and did a good job. They did a good job on my wooden doors too.
