Back to the Basics

For two years after moving into our new house, we tried to keep up with everything ourselves. But, with how busy life is these days, we needed some help. We decided to get a regular cleaning service, and tried a few companies. We weren't impressed with any of them. Then we tried Back to the Basics, and we found our perfect cleaners! They're very responsive. If there is ever a scheduling issue on their end or or on our end, they are flexible and communicative. We let them know if we have any special focus on a given visit, and they deliver. They're great with special requests. It was hard for us to be comfortable with having cleaners in our house and in our personal space, but the cleaners have been respectful and caring. Even going the extra mile to clean up after our dog had an accident when we weren't there. I would recommend them to anyone in RI and southern MA looking for a company with a more personal feel, and not some large faceless corporation.
