Collins was terrific: responded to our first query right away, took our machine the same day, and had it ready the next day. We thought it was dead, but he had it humming and happy, and offered us solid advice on how to keep it that way. Was so impressed with his professionalism, depth of knowledge, and cheerful, welcoming personality. Wish we'd discovered Collins Office Systems years ago,

Did not work, we decided to replace printer rather then purchase an expensive part. I would use them again for similar work.

I replaced an ink cartridge and then started to get en error code. I brought my printer to the shop. The woman at the front counter was very friendly, and took copious notes while I told her everything I did to try to make it work and all the error msgs it gave me. Then Meti came out and asked what was wrong. He plugged it in, moved the ink tray and saw that I had dislodge another cartridge while fiddling with the faulty one...he reseated the cartridge, shook my hand and carried the fixed printer to my car for me. Another person would not have tested it in advance, or might not have showed me what was wrong and charged me an evaluation fee. I appreciated the honesty and the earnestness that I experienced at Collins.
