Mattresses
I love my bed. They had good customer service. The guy gave me his cell phone number. They cut me a deal. They beat the price of a competitor. I'm very happy with them. The delivery was a little late; they called to let me know. It was definitely worth the price.

The sales was fine the delivery was good the problem I had was with the quality of the matters. The matters stared to sag after two weeks of use. I would never use them.

It wasn't a great experience. I don't think I'll be using Sleepy's again. The salesperson, Michael, was friendly enough. When we asked about the coupon promotion he took us to a small, darkish back room where several unattractive scuffed up mattresses were standing on end and said "these are the promotional items." He then steered us to one of their house brand "bronze" mattresses (since we told him we weren't in the market for something expensive) priced at $799 for the set. When we protested that was too much $$, then the price became $680 for the set. When we still resisted, the price went to $580. At that point, not caring for this type of "salesmanship", I told him that we hadn't planned on spending more than $500 all in and suddenly he said he could give us that price; delivery included, as long as he got permission "from his sales manager." He also said he could provide Saturday delivery which we really wanted, so we went for the deal. But the whole business felt very "used car salesmanish" and made both my husband and myself uncomfortable. In the end, Sleepy's delivery agent did show up on Saturday during the time window, but with the WRONG box spring. I made sure I noted that the wrong box spring was dropped off and needed to be replaced before I signed the delivery slip. Good thing! When I called Sleepy's to make the switch I was connected to a not-very-interested sounding person who sounded like she was going to tell me "too bad" if I had signed the slip and not made a notation. Redelivery was scheduled for the next day (Sunday) between 1-5pm. Around 4:30pm we got a phone call saying that delivery had gotten messed up and the drivers wouldn't be there until around 8 or 9pm that evening! So -- at 8:45pm Sunday night -- the correct box spring was finally delivered. We basically felt our Sunday had been ruined by the fact that we were held hostage to Sleepy's error. In the end we got the mattress and correct box spring, but the experience was less than pleasant and I don't plan on visiting Sleepy's any further in the future!
