+ -1 moreWe had had excellent work done by Kenneth Rich on a bathroom remodel 10 years ago. We had had an excellent experience and paid his bill promptly. Same with some smaller jobs since then. Now we needed work done on our kitchen. I called, left a message. Two days later I called again. Thinking perhaps away as it was a school vacation week I called the following Monday. Never got a call back. The 4th call my message included hopes that he was not ill. 5th call I noted that if no one returned my call I would have to write a negative review. So here we are. It's a shame. He has lost our business.
Description of Work: Needed plumber- Never a call back!
