Mr. Mitchell was very professional! He came out on a Sunday and gave me an estimate because I needed the work done quickly. He stated that he could start the next day. He arrived on time and completed the project when he said he would. His price was outstanding! Previous quotes were 3x’s his cost. He will get more of my business.

I hired Mr. Mitchell to repair sheetrock that was ruined due to a damaged pipe in the ceiling and kilz a few spots in the ceiling also. Mr. Mitchell used kilz in a spray can. The fumes were so strong, I had to take my family to the back of the house and close them into a room. The craftsmanship of this work is not up to par. I thought this would be a 2 hr job to the most. It wound up being a 5hr job. After 5 hrs, it's still not complete. I have to Kilz 3 areas that he attempted to repair. Mr. Mitchell is extremely friendly and talkative. If it wasn't for those 2 attributes, I'd rate everything 1 star.

John was pleasant to be around. Very knowledgeable of what he did and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Very satisfied.

John Mitchell is the absolute best! He returned my call, showed up as scheduled, gave me a very fare estimate, and started work immediately. He is courteous, obviously loves what he does, and is very efficient. He cleaned up the entire area after completing the soffit and fascia repairs. I was VERY impressed with his work as well as his work ethic. We WILL DEFINITELY be hiring him again! And I will definitely recommend him to anyone else that needs home repairs. Thank you, John.
