Mitch, the owner, also operates under a company called "Precision Gutters," in addition to the above name. I had a unique situation where I needed a 3' gap closed between the carport and an attached deck. Mitch proposed a project where he would close the area by installing a gutter and a "flashing" to divert the water into the gutter; I was charged $575 for the work. I told Mitch I wanted the downspouts to divert the water flow away from the area and he said he would return in a few days and install endcaps which would address this problem. The install was on 8-14-18 and on 8-15-18 I contacted Mitch and advised him that the gutter-system was leaking in numerous places and was basically ineffective in preventing the flooding issue which was the initial reason for hiring him. Additionally, the downspouts were dispersing the rainwater back into the area that was flooding. Mitch has never returned to install the endcaps to divert the rainwater nor seal the areas of the gutter system that were leaking. I reached out to Mitch several times, via text and telephone, and was able to reach him once, at which time he assured me he would return shortly to address the issue. Today is 8-30-28 and Mitch has not returned to fix the problems nor has he contacted me to schedule the work or explain his failure to respond. I have pictures of how badly the gutter system was leaking. I had even spoke with him about replacing a wooden fence for me yet he hasn't returned to finish the first job...

Mitch himself came to make the bid and discuss the problems, and he also was present to direct the work and answer questions. He told me his five-day schedule for completing the fence, and stayed on schedule. Materials and details were as promised. No tensions or problems. I'd hire his company again.
