+ -1 moreWe called and were told they would arrive between 1-4pm. “Mr Chris” would call before he got there. He never called. We were charged $118 for absolutely nothing. This place is a complete rip off. There are many other far more reputable repair in the Jackson ms area. DO NOT CALL. These guys will rip you off.

+ -1 moreI had to go through Whirlpool because it was going to be covered under warranty. I went to someone else and they said they would have to order me a new compressor and after two weeks the fridge was not yet fixed. So Whirlpool had Solar Appliance come out and he had all the parts ready to fix the fridge. He walk in and told me that was not the problem and he knew exactly what the problem was and he could fix it. He said Whirlpool had already paid for the parts he was going to replace the parts and he fixed it.
Description of Work: Solar Refrigeration & Appliance Service fixed my fridge.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They are good in all kind of appliances. I paid nothing last time they came over, because the appliances were under warranty. Overall, I am grading them an A.
