Professional and knowledgeable. I had 3 different Technicians from other Companies come out previously to try and see why our Briggs Stratton Generator would not start. Since after Hurricane Ida it stopped and started but would not keep the start. It would come on then stop. Mr. Tony was able to determine the root cause and it started. He ordered a part, waiting on it then he will return to install it. I will update the review once completed.

They came out the same day, which was completely unexpected, they were professional, knowledge, and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

TNT performed â preventive maintenance â on my Generac 25K generator. Changed oil, air filter, spark plugs, checks belts and battery. Unit seem to be performing well.

I had to hire another generator contractor, because mine retired and I have my generator serviced every year. TNT was reasonably priced and Tony was very nice about explaining things.

Charges are higher than I anticipated from original estimates for generator repair services shown by Angi at original inquiry. $861.28 for parts is a lot for one control board & 2 capacitors. Total for repair came to $1711.90. It is expensive to own and maintain a stationary home generator. My guess is that it is considered a luxury. Otherwise my experience with Mr. McElveen was very good.
