Except for a hiccup in getting started with the work everything was excellent.

It turned out fine. They did exactly what the statements quoted in the report that I had. The rollers are much softer, it doesn't make near as much racket as it did before. There was nothing wrong with it, it was just a tuneup. I think they oiled it, tightened up the bolts, that kind of thing. Tuneup is what I call it. There were no additional charges. The guy said, "Thank you very much and he left." He came exactly when he said he was coming. He was very professional.

On time. Went to work assessing the door right away. Explained what was wrong so that I understood everything. Replaced what needed to be replaced. Repaired what needed to be repaired. Attempted to get the electric door opener working again (current opener is 24 years old) which I felt went above and beyond. Left the door in operating condition. Will definitely call to the replace the opener.

1st BIG PLUS..Autumn in the office set up my free est.appointment around my schedule with my special needs child.. and I didnt have to wait a week to get someone out.. the tech called .. and was here BEFORE he said he would be.. I was afraid the price was going to be more than the angie's list price.. you know a bait and switch... well I was wrong.. the wheels were replaced.. the chain was cleaned and greased... the door balanced (No more critters able to get in garage now)..etc. All that was said they would do for that price... My GARAGE DOOR OPENER actually works now ... I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend Access to anyone...Thanks again ..I will definitely spread the word....

He was excellent. He was all A's. I didn't have to pay anything additional. He went beyond the call of duty.

The first indicula who came out to do the garage door was excellent. I called them back to have the guy come out to put a seal on the garage door. The guy they sent out was very inexperience and had the wrong seal. They then sent out the first guy back out to do the work. A in everything! The second guy was very inexperienced. He knew what he didn't know, and when I started questioning him, he said "I don't know, but I can find out." Overall for the company, it just depends on the person. The first service guy would get straight A's for everything. The second guy, for knowledge and experience, I would rate a D. They did give me a discount when the second guy came out. I would ask for the best worker they have, because they do have some inexperienced guys. Since he put down the seal I haven't had any trouble with any water coming into the garage. I would call them back if I needed work done, but I would only ask for the first guy I used, the experience guy.

Technician was thorough and polite. His review was comprehensive.

It went very well. I appreciated the service. I spoke with the owner and he gave me a good rate in consideration of extra work that I needed to have done. I would call them again, I was satisfied with the service and the product.

Very well. The company that I chose was on the north shore, across Lake Pontrachain. There was an accident on the bridge that caused a delay that the company informed me of. I was not able to be present, but the serviceman successfully removed the old garage door opener and installed the new one. The manuals and remotes were left within the garage for me.

Guys were personable and nice. Came earlier than time set up but called first to see if it was ok. Everything was done in about 30 min.

It went GREAT. From the phone call to schedule the appointment (friendly and professional) to the actual service. The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional and the work was done quickly, cleanly and accurately. He explained to me that my door was an older brand which was very well built and that it should last for years to come. I requested an additional service, which was to replace the rubber seal on the bottom because even though mine still worked, In the future I plan to finish out the bare-bones garage with insulation and sheetrock and an A/C, and I wanted to seal out bugs and heat as much as possible. Due to the age of my door, they no longer manufacture the seal (or the door), so we scheduled a day for him to come back and install a new part across the bottom which would hold the newer seals which are made now. He came back and did that work, which involved him actually cutting off the metal at the bottom and installing new metal. It looks great and seems to work great. This service was an additional cost, but I am happy with the price and the results. This was a service that I specifically requested. I would absolutely use this wonderful company again, and I now recommend them to others.

Marty came out to give me a quote on a new door as one of my garage doors had literally ripped itself apart when I opened it. The doors looked to be the original that came with the house, builder grade, and thin steel with no insulation. Marty said it may be possible to fix the broken door; however, I thought it would be better to just replace it. I decided to have both doors replaced so they would be the same and went with the insulated doors. I also had one of the openers replaced, and I am so happy I did. I only wish I would have had both openers replace as the new one is so much better, and I will probably have the other one replaced soon. I found them to be straight forward, honest, and really a pleasure to work with. As a testament to their work, one of my neighbors saw how they worked and the quality of the products they provided and asked the installer for a quote before he left. I know you often read reviews where the reviewer is gushing about the product or service and you wonder if they are inflating the review; however, after working with them I can see why so many of their customers are pleased with their work. The pricing appears to be on par; however, given the quality, performance, and honesty, you are getting a much better value for the dollar. I wish I would have taken pictures to show the before and after.

I called about a new garage door. I was told that some one would be at my house on Monday morning, no one came. I called up Monday afternoon they apologized and said some one would be by on Tuesday. They came and said that they would give us estimate on the new door. We never heard from them. it has been 4 weeks

It was good. They could have got here on time and called me back before. It took them a while to get out here. I would probably use them again but I want to be there.

Well I thought the price was high but I used them in the past to replace garage motto & price was reasonable. I had no time to search around because I couldn't keep manually opening & closing my garage door at 64. These nice young men said they beat any competitive price do stupid ME took their word for it. After paying $250 I called Craftsman Garage Services in Slidell as I normally use them for my yearly maintenance & they were only charging $185. $65 difference. They told me they price match. I called company & the Mgr said sorry we can't do that w/o a written estimate. A few words exchanged & I'll never ever use this company again. Everyone use Craftsman Services. They are GOOD, efficient, timely and HONEST!

It went well. They were here about December 10th. There were no additional costs.

My door, sometimes, has tendency to open or close half way when you press the button. However, the technician was not able to fix that problem. I asked and received a quote for a new insulated door with motor. I may use this company to replace the door if I find their prices to be competitive. Overall all went well.
