Description of Work: The door is great! Very quiet and smooth operationally. Problem 1 is that I can't get the key pad on the side of the garage door or the one in my car to sync. I'm just using the opener he gave me. Frustrating. There is a yellow wire hanging down from the housing and I wonder if something came loose. Problem 2 The lights quit working almost immediately so I have no lights when I come and go. I haven't called them because I've been out of town quite a bit.

Description of Work: The service went very well. I had asked them to come out and balance my garage door. The technician said the best thing to do would be to replace the old springs with a tension spring. He was back in 2 days with the spring and installed it very quickly. He even applied a $20 coupon to my invoice. :)
