The service with Riverbank has been a very frustrating experience. We paid a 50% down payment to have a subsurface drainage system installed. The installation was initially scheduled to start the following week but no work has ever been performed and the company has held our deposit for almost 2 months now. Riverbank cashed our deposit and never returned to our property to perform any work or deliver materials. There was intermittent text communication throughout the first month - It was very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone after paying the deposit. New start dates were provided, missed, and rescheduled for later dates. Several excuses were provided to explain why the project was being delayed. We are now past the due date for the project which was established in the contract and no work has been performed. Riverbank was notified that our service agreement was terminated due to breach of contract (due date) and we have requested to have our deposit refunded. We have received no response from Riverbank and are now taking the necessary steps to retrieve our deposit. I would definitely not recommend this company.
