Although the technician that came to the house was professional and courteous the laptop started having problems within a week of the service. When I called the office within the 2 week warranty I was told that it would cost $50.00 to diagnose the problem. Without even seeing the computer I was told I should send it back to Dell because it couldn't have anything to do with the services performed by the RAN tech. The person on the phone was arrogant and dismissive and expressed no interest in anything resembling customer services. He said he didn't care if I didn't use their services anymore because they don't do home repairs anymore unless you buy from them or get a contract with them. He didn't explain why they sent a tech in the first place. This arrogant and dismissive attitude came despite the fact that I have used this company for nearly a decade and have spent thousands of dollars with them and despite the fact that the set-up cost almost $400.00. I can only assume that they are under new management. This is the worst customer service experience that I have had with any company recently. There is no reason why anyone should use this company with the attitude they have. They don't stand behind their work.
