I was satisfied with the performance of this contractor. Philip and his guys came out quickly and painted the entire interior of our rental property. They patched some holes in the drywall and painted all walls and trim. The finished product looked really nice. I appreciate him working me into his busy schedule and getting the job done quick, and right.

I had my stucco painted, front wood door refinished, all exterior doors and trim painted, and three interior rooms painted. As well as a few odd jobs, like fixing a wood mantle and patching some drywall. Northshore did a terrific job. The stucco looks amazing! Also, the painting all came out great. They have the skills to get any job done.

Philip and his crew are the best. This is the third time we have used them and their work is consistently excellent. They are usually booked several weeks in advance. But it’s worth the wait. Their prices are competitive and they clean up after themselves everyday.

Phillip Osoria & crew did an fantastic job painting the exterior of or home, making repairs, refinishing doors, & painting our large porches! Contractor spotted additional items which required attention which were overlooked by me which, as he said, would be dissatisfiers for me if not addressed. He was completely correct. In a word - Spectacularly‼️👌👍❤️ The company owner, Phillip Osoria and his entire crew are all pros at what they do. They also really seem to enjoy working with each other as they talk, joke and laugh with each other all the while keeping the efficiency and quality of their work superb. During the preparation phase they moved and covered all necessary furniture, equipment and other items. At the end of each day they always cleaned up and removed their equipment. At the end of the job all items that had been moved/covered were returned to their original places. We have a 2,700 sq ft single story home in Covington and had the home built 24 years ago by a very well respected builder. The original painting looked good but we must say that the job Northshore just completed looks much better, something we weren’t expecting. The rooms painted were foyer, great room, hallway, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area and the master bedroom & bath. There was a fair amount of drywall repair needed mainly to cover holes where no longer needed items had been mounted to the wall. Three or four places were as large as a double or triple light switch plate and now you would never know that anything had been there - really amazing! And, as with any 24 year old home there were the normal ceiling and crown molding hairline cracks, but not anymore. Finally, we got quotes from 2 other highly rated (but not as high as Northshore) Angie’s List contractors and Northshore’s quote was $1,000 to $2,000 lower. Northshore’s quote was also within $25 of what the insurance adjuster’s written estimate showed. Go with Phillip and Northshore. You won’t be disappointed👍😊

This is the 2nd time we have used Northshore. Their work is top shelf and they are competitively priced, which equals great value. The team is very professional and friendly. Always on time. Our cleaning lady even commented ( and she does not know Northshore at all ) that usually when she cleans after a painting project that there are a lot of spots and spillover to deal with but none this time. I highly recommend Northshore and would use them again in the blink of an eye. A+++++++

It went well once we got started, the weather caused some delays, which was understandable.

Workers showed up at 9 every morning. They were respectful. They cleaned up at the end of the day. Phillip was on site daily to ensure the project was moving along as requested - and if it wasn't, he corrected the issues. Phillip was accessible and easy to communicate with. His prices are very reasonable.

Solid Gold! Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. Phillip is a knowledgeable perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. This is the only home improvement services contractor I would recommend without reservation or hesitation ( and I have dealt with many over the years). If you want it done right, on time, and in top shape look no further. They were also extremely clean. I’m astonished at how much work was done without the usual mess.

I couldn't have asked for a better job. My house looks brand new. Phillip was responsive on my initial call for a quote. He came quickly and I got my estimate in just a couple days. He was not the cheapest (certainly not the most expensive either), but based on the walk around of the house, I knew he was the right person for the job. He is extremely knowledgeable and his communication is excellent. He gave me a start and end date with the proposal, and they started exactly on time. His crew was very professional and good workers. They had a lot to do because my house is 16 years old and I truly believe the house hasn't been painted since it was built. The paint job Northshore Painting did was superior. They spent a lot of time prepping the house, and that really made the difference. Not only did they power wash the house (which I expected), but they repaired, tightened or replaced any boards that needed it (and there were A LOT). The quote called for 2 coats of paint, but in many places they primed or put down 3 coats if they thought it was needed without charging me for it. They were more interested in doing a job they could be proud of than milking me for money. Phillip took time each morning to explain what they had done the previous day, what they found (if anything), and what they planned to accomplish today. Every day, they would clean up behind themselves, so there was never a mess. As we were going along, I added some work that I forgot about during the quote phase, and Phillip never said no. In most cases it was small and they just did it. A couple things were larger, and Phillip quoted me what it would be extra (very fair pricing) and they would also get right on it. They completed the job on time. It's very hard to get contractors who are as good as Phillip Osorio and his crew at Northshore Painting and Home Improvement. They are the best!

Phil and his crew showed up on time and began work immediately. Our foyer is 18 feet high and had wallpaper on it that had been there for 25 years. His crew applied an oil based treatment to the wallpaper that allowed it to be painted over. It was primed, texture added to the walls and two coats of quality paint was applied. All three areas look EXCEPTIONAL!!! We will have him back to paint three more rooms this summer. I highly recommend Phil and his crew.

Phil and his guys always do a great job. As a DIYer with a meticulous eye for detail, I am always reluctant to pay for jobs I can do myself. However, Phil is so detail oriented and reliable that I can relax and know that the project will come out great and I can sit back and relax! I have used Northshore painting for 5 different jobs and actually have him back again to work on improvements to the kitchen. This is a great local company and you won’t regret using them!
