Very satisfied and glad I went with a professional service. Chris is very experienced and has great equipment, including a truck with a 1500 psi pump to get the water back out of the carpet. Carpets are clean as can be.

My child was sick and had thrown up in the middle of the night all over his carpet. Spoke with Michael the owner, who was very professional. Although he could come that day, he provided suggestions and reassurance about how to handle it until he could make it there the next day. He was prompt, listened to what I tried, and then explained what he had that might and might not work. He was able to get out the stain as well as the odor. I could not be more pleased with his personable demeanor and the quality of work. I will be following up with having him solve/fix a couple of other issues we have at the house.

Great! He is extremely professional and knowledgable. He will be my carpet cleaner from now on. I have full confidence he will do a great job no matter what issues I have. I used another carpet cleaner before him and they made my carpet look worse!!! He came in and fixed their mistakes and it looks great!

I'm so glad I called O'Brian's Cleaning to clean our 51 year old carpets. I had given up on just one room after buying my own carpet cleaning machine and taking 2 full nights to only get PART of a room poorly done a few nights before I called him. We have a lot of clutter and some very heavy large furniture that can't be moved; (I just wanted the visible portions cleaned.) Chris cleaned these 5 big rooms plus a hallway in 2 hours and they all look far better than the ONE room I couldn't do well myself over probably 6 hours. He called first to let me know he was on the way, arrived right on time, explained the prices and answered questions and then did a super fast VERY inexpensive excellent job. He made sure I understood that walking on the carpet would make my shoes very slippery and reminded me when he started and finished to be very careful going up and down the wooden stairs and walking on the floors with no carpet till it was dry. I was glad the solution was safe for my two cats to walk on while still wet, and there is no perfumy smell, just fresh. I really like to support local business and I'll definitely call him again. No need to do it yourself when you've got a hard working professional who does a way better job and costs LESS than a DIY project!

Way beyond my wildest dreams. Chris specializes in difficult stain removal, and areas of dried pet stains were well set in. The end result was amazing. This is a perfectionist who has high standards and did outstanding cleaning. Chris worked me into a tight holiday schedule, promptly on time and efficient in his completion of the job. Needless to say, I will use O'Brien's for any type of carpet cleaning I will need in the future!

Better than expected. Tennants left an extremely dirty carpet that I thought would probably have to be torn out. Chris (the owner) was honest and said he wasn't sure he could get it completely clean. I decided to give it a shot and he got out all the stains.

Chris, the owner, was knowledgeable about types of rugs and cleaning procedures. He carefully moved the furniture, brought his hoses in from his well equipped truck, and quickly cleaned the rug. Upon leaving he provided instructions for allowing the rug to dry. He was the most professional carpet cleaner I have used and would definitely call on him again.

Cleaned a carpet and white fabric sofa as promised and went above and beyond by cleaning closet carpet even though I didn’t reserve that ahead of time. Worked hard the entire 2 hours.

The service and responsiveness was awesome! Chris did a fantastic job, he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. In addition to carpet cleaning he advised me that he does grout cleaning. I would definitely call on Chris again when I need his cleaning services.
