Our circumstances dictated that we had to hire someone we felt we could trust with access to our home in our absence. David gave us confidence that we could give him open access to our home without reservation. My fiance is a handyman extraordinaire and consequently, tends to assess work through a critical lens when we have to "outsource" work. David earned high praise from him and I can affirm a thumbs up from my beau is an A++ in anyone's book! We are grateful to David for agreeing to do an extensive amount of work in a rural area and for working with us to help us get the home market ready. We obtained 3 bids for this job; David was the highest bid. Yet, he was our top choice based on his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. There is no question that the quality of his craftsmanship is worth every cent. We have consulted with him since he completed the work on another job and definitively WILL hire him again. I got several quotes but I picked David. He quoted me $6,000. I am going to use him but I am just not to the point yet. I chose him because of his professionalism, honesty, and he seemed like a really good guy. He knows his trade.

David came the same day we asked for an estimate. Once we agreed on the job, then he got the job done quickly. David did a wonderful job!!

David did a professional job. He was always on time and could be relied upon to do exactly what he said he would do. He persisted until job was completed in a very satisfactory manner. The cost of the repair work was reasonable.

David showed up on time for estimate. Gave us a good price and told us the whole process of how the job would be performed. He came on the days he said he would and called if he was delayed or could not come on that day. He was in constant contact with us and kept us well informed. His work was OUTSTANDING and we are very pleased with the outcome. I will be doing more work in the future and David will definately be the man to do the drywall work. David is very dependable and honest person. I recommend him highly.

David responded quickly with a visit and an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. He was able to work the job in with his regular job and other projects. After starting the job, he found that there was more damage and required more repair than he originally thought. However, he stood by his original estimate. It took him a total of four trips to finish everything. He even matched the existing texture of the surrounding walls, so when I paint the room, you will never know there was every a problem in that area. Great job!

He was very prompt in providing a quote and in completing the work. He has a daytime job, so he works after five and on weekends. On the one occasion he was not able to come out to the job, he called to let us know. His work was very precise (the corners are exactly 90 degrees), and we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the price paid. We will not hesitate to call David with any future drywall work, and will not even bother getting quotes from others.

When my husband was up in the attic, his foot went through the ceiling. We had a friend patch it, but it looked terrible. After living with it for 3 years (!!), I called David. I left a message on a Thursday. A few hours later he called me back to set up an appointment (that same day) to look at the work and give us an estimate. He came out on Saturday and had the work done in one day. He matched the finish perfectly! He also said if we were not happy with the finish, he would come out and fix it.

The overall job went very well. Work on the 2nd was to scrape and reapir with new sheetrock tape and "mud". When dry, David returned on the 5th to add texture. He did an excellent job of matching "new" texture to "old texture. He did an excellent job of clean-up.

David came in to tape, float and texture the new sheetrock I had hung in my master bathroom. This was a remodel/update and this is one of the tasks that I didn't want to tackle myself. David was very professional from beginning to end. He worked evenings and weekends which helped accelerate our schedule. He always showed up when he said he would and his work made my rock hanging look like a professional job. David even went as far as following up with me twice after completion to make sure I was satisfied. His price was very reasonabIe and I would use him again if needed.

Very professional from start to finish. The estimate came in, by far, the lowest from the three contractors that I contacted. The job took several weeks, as David does this as a second job, which I understood from the beginning. He showed up when he said he would, and always called if he were running a little late. The job included a few late add-ons due to previously concealed water damage and an additional area added by me. All of the add-ons were very reasonably priced and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely hire again.

Dave was very nice, pleasant and easy to work with. He worked with us to make sure that the job was completed to our full satisfaction, going so far as to scrap an entire evening's worth of work and start over when it wasn't exactly what we wanted. Dave worked mostly in the evenings and on weekends and was very trustworthy. I left him a key to the house, with all of my tools inside and was never worried about any funny business. I felt that I received a lot for my money. This is a moonlighting job for him, but he has a lot of experience and his work turned out great.

Dave worked in the evenings, which helped with our schedules. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave instructions on how to paint it properly when he was finished. He even textured the ceiling to make it look uniform, and cleaned up his mess well, too.

Came for the estimate appointment on time. Very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We had told him that we would have everything ready as far as plastic down, etc. My husband told him it would be done earlier than actual. He got there and I was still taping up plastic. He helped me get it done and went straight to work. We left that day to go out-of-town and left him the key. He fed our fish and when we got home the job was finished! It was done perfectly. We will be calling him soon for phase two.
