Service was always fantastic. The best thing about them is the owner / manager always provided personal service. He made sure is everything is okay.

They were fine.

They just did the living area and a light cleaning. They came in and were out in less than two hours and you can't do any cleaning in less than two hours. We had to say, I asked you to specifically do this and it's not done. I had to go back and tell them you missed things. They were here when they said they would be here. They knew what they were doing they were just in a hurry.

Great! The girls were friendly, cheerful, and energetic, and fast. They were agreeable to how I wanted things done. I gave an A rating because they have done better than any other cleaners in this area and I have been trying different ones for two years. A few times I saw an area skipped but when I mentioned it they redid the work.

They had to come out twice to clean the condo. The first time they omitted cleaning a portion of the kitchen, but all my questions were handled in a very responsive, professional manner. My phone calls were always returned promptly. The only reason I gave them a and quot;Band quot; rating on Quality is because they had to come back. Thank you for your prompt, professional service!

I was a long-term customer of Mrs. Clean since approx. 2010. The staff came every other week for general cleaning of about half my house (I have two bedrooms and an office they weren't contracted to clean). I was overall satisfied with services until late 2013, when there seemed to be a massive turnover of employees, and I never had the same crew show up twice. Finally, a crew came that did an excellent job, and I requested that they be sent out on a regular basis, which Jamie agreed to do. Unfortuately, I never saw this crew again due to scheduling conflicts within the agency. The crews that did come did a haphazard job, leaving visible dust under the furniture and doing a spotty dusting job. In addition, I have missed a couple of personal items, but what point is there to report it when I have had a dozen different cleaners in my house? The last contact I had with owner Jamie was about two weeks ago, when he called to tell me the crew I had requested was again unavailable. Jamie is a very nice man, and I believe does want happy customers, but paying approx $200 per month for spotty cleaning doesn't seem to be worth it. If consistent crews could be assigned, there would be at least some accountability when things don't go well.

I have been using them for 20 years. I pay them per visit. The price depends on the size of the house and the hours they put in by two people. I let them do their deal because they are trained. They use different teams. They are quick to respond. They are always within the range of time. They do what they have come to do. They do take a couple of breaks in between, which is fine because I would do the same too.

I have used this company for a long time. It is unfortunate that my area doesn't have any good companies to call on, and that this company is one of the best of the lot, because they are inconsistent and unreliable. When they send a good team of workers, the work is competent, but it's rare to get the same team twice and the workers are very unreliable. If you do not follow them and show them where they miss and what to clean, they will not do the work. Some are reluctant. Most are sloppy. They have gotten worse over the years. The owner will work with you on schedules; he is very flexible. But you get the sense that he does not run an orderly shop. This is the last time I am using them. I will search on Angie's List for another company. Thank God for Angie's List.

I just wanted some light cleaning and not some package deal. I was able to specify what I wanted clean and it was done in a fast affordable manner. The owner Jamie is very flexible on rescheduling to work with your schedule.

They will do what ever you ask them too, It is to your advantage to have everything picked up and let them just clean since you pay by the hour.

I use their services every two weeks and have for the last 9 months. It's a service that's been done by a man and he sends a different cleaning crew of two different people for each job. For MRS CLEAN MAID SERVICE, usually it's half a day's cleaning, like 2 hours. We can usually schedule on the same week and have them send someone. MRS CLEAN MAID SERVICE also does twice a month billing, it's very convenient.

What stands out is the company's reliability, and the willingness to work with the customer. They work with you to try to make your schedule work. They're reliable. They're there for you every time. As for the cleaning services itself, it varies as the team varies. It's not perfect, but I'm not a perfect cleaner too. I will be using them for a long time unless things change.

They did what I told them to do, but they were a little slow for my taste...took them longer than it should have. They did a pretty good job on the cleaning, but the price was a little high.

Jamie didn't listen to me when I explained my situation. I have been very sick for a while and I told him I needed a very good cleaning done. He sent out two or three people. They were there for around three hours and said they needed to go out to smoke. They smoked and then just left. He billed me and going to charge me a bunch of money, but I argued with him as they didn't even do anything. They left the pads to clean the floor in my sink with the dirty water. They didn't even look into the oven to clean it.

I had told Jamie how bad the house was and that I had three dogs in my home. I realize that it may have been messier than he assumed; however, I had warned him about the potential mess.

I have used many cleaning services in Baton Rouge. Mrs. Clean is the most reliable I've found, but I wouldn't give the company an A rating. The owner/manager, Jamie, is a good guy, willing to work with you, correct problems, and negotiate schedules. They never send the same crew twice, though they promise to do so. The crews need close supervision or they don't do what they are supposed to. Once in a while you get a good worker who you can rely on to do what's necessary, but that can't be counted on. In general, though, the service is more thorough and systematic than other companies I've used, they are cheaper and the workers are more polite. When they've had good crews, the work is stellar. Overall I'd say their main problem is inconsistent quality.
