Service was always fantastic. The best thing about them is the owner / manager always provided personal service. He made sure is everything is okay.

They just did the living area and a light cleaning. They came in and were out in less than two hours and you can't do any cleaning in less than two hours. We had to say, I asked you to specifically do this and it's not done. I had to go back and tell them you missed things. They were here when they said they would be here. They knew what they were doing they were just in a hurry.

Great! The girls were friendly, cheerful, and energetic, and fast. They were agreeable to how I wanted things done. I gave an A rating because they have done better than any other cleaners in this area and I have been trying different ones for two years. A few times I saw an area skipped but when I mentioned it they redid the work.

They had to come out twice to clean the condo. The first time they omitted cleaning a portion of the kitchen, but all my questions were handled in a very responsive, professional manner. My phone calls were always returned promptly. The only reason I gave them a and quot;Band quot; rating on Quality is because they had to come back. Thank you for your prompt, professional service!

I was a long-term customer of Mrs. Clean since approx. 2010. The staff came every other week for general cleaning of about half my house (I have two bedrooms and an office they weren't contracted to clean). I was overall satisfied with services until late 2013, when there seemed to be a massive turnover of employees, and I never had the same crew show up twice. Finally, a crew came that did an excellent job, and I requested that they be sent out on a regular basis, which Jamie agreed to do. Unfortuately, I never saw this crew again due to scheduling conflicts within the agency. The crews that did come did a haphazard job, leaving visible dust under the furniture and doing a spotty dusting job. In addition, I have missed a couple of personal items, but what point is there to report it when I have had a dozen different cleaners in my house? The last contact I had with owner Jamie was about two weeks ago, when he called to tell me the crew I had requested was again unavailable. Jamie is a very nice man, and I believe does want happy customers, but paying approx $200 per month for spotty cleaning doesn't seem to be worth it. If consistent crews could be assigned, there would be at least some accountability when things don't go well.

I have been using them for 20 years. I pay them per visit. The price depends on the size of the house and the hours they put in by two people. I let them do their deal because they are trained. They use different teams. They are quick to respond. They are always within the range of time. They do what they have come to do. They do take a couple of breaks in between, which is fine because I would do the same too.

I have used this company for a long time. It is unfortunate that my area doesn't have any good companies to call on, and that this company is one of the best of the lot, because they are inconsistent and unreliable. When they send a good team of workers, the work is competent, but it's rare to get the same team twice and the workers are very unreliable. If you do not follow them and show them where they miss and what to clean, they will not do the work. Some are reluctant. Most are sloppy. They have gotten worse over the years. The owner will work with you on schedules; he is very flexible. But you get the sense that he does not run an orderly shop. This is the last time I am using them. I will search on Angie's List for another company. Thank God for Angie's List.

I just wanted some light cleaning and not some package deal. I was able to specify what I wanted clean and it was done in a fast affordable manner. The owner Jamie is very flexible on rescheduling to work with your schedule.

They will do what ever you ask them too, It is to your advantage to have everything picked up and let them just clean since you pay by the hour.

I use their services every two weeks and have for the last 9 months. It's a service that's been done by a man and he sends a different cleaning crew of two different people for each job. For MRS CLEAN MAID SERVICE, usually it's half a day's cleaning, like 2 hours. We can usually schedule on the same week and have them send someone. MRS CLEAN MAID SERVICE also does twice a month billing, it's very convenient.

What stands out is the company's reliability, and the willingness to work with the customer. They work with you to try to make your schedule work. They're reliable. They're there for you every time. As for the cleaning services itself, it varies as the team varies. It's not perfect, but I'm not a perfect cleaner too. I will be using them for a long time unless things change.

They did what I told them to do, but they were a little slow for my taste...took them longer than it should have. They did a pretty good job on the cleaning, but the price was a little high.

Jamie didn't listen to me when I explained my situation. I have been very sick for a while and I told him I needed a very good cleaning done. He sent out two or three people. They were there for around three hours and said they needed to go out to smoke. They smoked and then just left. He billed me and going to charge me a bunch of money, but I argued with him as they didn't even do anything. They left the pads to clean the floor in my sink with the dirty water. They didn't even look into the oven to clean it. I had told Jamie how bad the house was and that I had three dogs in my home. I realize that it may have been messier than he assumed; however, I had warned him about the potential mess.

I have used many cleaning services in Baton Rouge. Mrs. Clean is the most reliable I've found, but I wouldn't give the company an A rating. The owner/manager, Jamie, is a good guy, willing to work with you, correct problems, and negotiate schedules. They never send the same crew twice, though they promise to do so. The crews need close supervision or they don't do what they are supposed to. Once in a while you get a good worker who you can rely on to do what's necessary, but that can't be counted on. In general, though, the service is more thorough and systematic than other companies I've used, they are cheaper and the workers are more polite. When they've had good crews, the work is stellar. Overall I'd say their main problem is inconsistent quality.

They showed up about 10 mins. late, which is in my permissable parameters. Did a good job, but had to have on the spot input. Partly my fault for not being clear enough about what exactly to do. Very polite, very professional, and overall a good job. I will hire them again, if I can get the same crew. And need to be very specific about work. The only suggestion I have is to stop all work 15 mins. prior to end time to go over any thing that wasn't tended to.

Hired them to clean my house every two weeks. The same crew never came. They are always 1/2 hour to 2 hours late and are always in a big rush to leave. They forget to bring essential equipment. They are very unreliable and inconsistent. They are not interested enough in doing a good job even when I am willing to pay more to get consistently thorough service. Extremely poor quality dusting, floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, everything. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are a waste of time and money.

They were very good. They came in and got the job done. They were able to do the job efficiently and for the price I wanted to pay.

I don't remember what they charged me for the service. The price was pretty reasonable based on everybody else. They did quite a complete thorough job, but they could have done a little more in the bathrooms. It's not a real big deal. It's just that it's one of my areas I like to see clean.

Cleaning was superficial - nothing except baseboards were cleaned thoroughly. Tub and shower were not scrubbed and some areas remained dirty. Mirrors didn't look as though they had been cleaned at all and while it smelled great, floors were not mopped thoroughly. Work completed in two hours could have easily been done in 1 or 1 1/2. Staff spent alot of time talking. House was clean but not "deep cleaned" which usually takes at least 3 hours they said.

I was very pleased with the owner who answered the phone and did the scheduling. He was very courteous and informative. I hired this company to do a cleaning of an empty 3 bedroom, 2 bath house I just bought that was filthy. They brought all of their own supplies and I told the two ladies who came to clean everything that was dirty (which was basically everything). What they cleaned in the 3 hours, I was very pleased with. However, the house was so dirty that I spent 3 or 4 days cleaning after they had cleaned. They started with the bathrooms and did an excellent job. Then they dusted and did the floors (wood, tile and carpet). They used a duster to dust and I don't know how much got taken up or just spread around. The baseboards were done with a rag and something in a spray bottle. They did do the ceiling fans but not the vents. They worked in the kitchen last and it wasn't cleaned as thoroghly as I would have liked but I know they were probably tired. They were about 30 minutes late and stayed for 3 hours. They overcharged me but I was happy to pay it because their rate was low and they did a very good job on most of the house. Having them saved me some time before I could make the place habitable. They did a good overall cleaning while I came behind them to do "the toothbrush cleaning" as some say.

I contacted the company to get an estimate on a cleaning. Jamie, the owner, called me back and we discussed the work that I needed to have done. He gave me an estimate that was fair, in my opinion, so we made an appointment for the next day at 1pm. He told me that within a few days of the work being done, that he would call me to make sure I was a satisfied customer and to make sure everything went well. Cool. The next day, the doorbell rang at 11am. It was two girls from Mrs. Clean Maid Service. I told them that they were two hours early and that I wasn't really ready for them yet, but to come on in. They called Jamie and talked to him and then asked me if it was okay that they stay or if I wanted them to return at 1pm. I decided to let them go ahead and stay. They asked me what I wanted done as if they had not been told anything about the work that I wanted done. I went over it all with them - pointing out that the microwave in the kitchen is especially dirty - and they went into the hall bathroom to begin working. Instead of one of them working in the bathroom and the other one working in another room, they were in the bathroom together at the same time - and it is a pretty small bathroom. I found this a bit odd, but whatever. It's just not how I've ever seen a cleaning company work before. They talked alot and laughed a lot, and started gagging and coughing. I guess they thought that I couldn't hear them over the water running or because the door was halfway closed, but they were making rude comments about having to clean my bathroom. At one point, I heard a girl say, "I just can't do this." To which the other girl laughed and replied, "Don't worry, I'll clean the microwave." At that point I walked into the hall where I saw one girl and I said, "Y'all can pack up your things and go now. I think you're done." She looked at me and said, "huh?" I said, It's embarrassing enough to have to call someone into my home to clean my bathroom and I really don't want to listen to y'alls b*tching and moaning for the next 2 1/2 hours." She said, "Oh. Okay." and I walked back into the living room. I paid them for half an hour's work. They said that the charge for one hour was $48 so I wrote a check for $24. My tub was pretty grimey, I admit. Toilet, under the lid, too. But other than that, it was pretty much a regular old dirty bathroom. If you're not "that into" cleaning a grimey, even stinky, bathroom, maybe you're in the wrong business. I didn't see the girls wearing masks or gloves - maybe that would have helped. I sure would have. I know I wouldn't want to smell other people's fonk and put my bare hands in other people's dirty bath water - but I wouldn't insult my customers by laughing, gagging, coughing and making rude comments about it, either. I gave Jamie/Mrs. Clean Maid Service over 2 weeks to contact me to at least discuss why his girls were asked to leave. Maybe he could have apologized and sent 2 different girls out. I didn't want to just write a negative review on Angie's List before giving him ample opportunity to correct the situation. I still have not heard anything from Jamie or from anyone at the company. No messages have been left on my phone and I have not seen the number for Mrs. Clean Maid Service on my caller I.D. I have received no emails or letters of any sort. I have been completely ignored. I would also like to mention that I have not contacted the company either, but I don't feel that it is my place to do so. It is their responsibility and would be a courtesy, at least. If you need heavy duty cleaning to be done, I would not recommend using Mrs. Clean Maid Service. (Also, they did not bring in a broom, or a mop-and-bucket, but rather a Swiffer-type mop and a small, hand-held vacume. Again, fine for lightly dirtied floors, but not at all what I expected after speaking with Jamie about the heavier cleaning that I needed.)
