I had purchased an Angies List Big DEal for a bedbug inspection, however, I can not remember the exact amount that I paid. I believe it was between $79 and $99.00 As stated above, Jeff Teague was very thorough in inspecting the beds and linens and upholstery for bedbugs as advertised in the Angie's List Big Deal. Since I can't remember the price of the deal and since he also inspected my house for termites, I feel that I got my money's worth. Since he found no evidence of bedbugs or termites, I did not require any further service. I was very pleased with the overall visit . Mr. Teague was very professional, friendly, and helpful and I would certainly call him if I ever needed any pest management.

Pretty good. This new company came when we were not home at first. Since we have a fenced in yard with dogs, it was difficult to service most of the traps. Don't know if it was a mistake on our part or theirs in when they were coming. The second time, he was able to service all of the traps- came right on time. I would have this company again and probably will due to the lack of upkeep from our neighbors.

I was very happy with Jeff's service. I plan to have him back in the Spring to spray for insects.

Jeff was very prompt and knowledgeable. He is trustworthy and someone I would definitely recommend. We had an issue with bedbugs. Jeff was very thorough in his inspection and very informative.

Very nice professional. From the beginning, Jeff took the time to find the source of the problems. For instance the termites- He actually went into the crawl space and found the builder concrete forms that were left in our house 30+ years ago and removed them. For the mice and carpenter ants- he took care of them in one to two treatments. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in getting the job done correctly the first time. He took the time to explain all the chemicals that were being used since we have several small grandchildren in and out of the house. We had our yard re-graded and had to move some traps; he came out more than once to replace them. You can trust him that he does what he says he is going to do and that his products and services will live up to his claims. He shows up in all kinds of weather to get the job done. He is the rare service provider that you can trust in your house even if you are not there. We have ongoing problems due to unsanitary neighbors and he helps us keep our home clean and safe without trying to clean out our wallet. I would recommend him highly.

He patched up the holes in the patio beautifully afterward. He goes around the perimeter and checks everything and leaves a note on what he found if I am not here. The price is very reasonable.

Very well. I called because he advertises nontoxic products. He wanted me to know that they may not work as quickly, yet the ants were gone by the next day. I really recommend going this route as it does not harm the environment of home and outdoor areas.

I found Jeff through another Angie's list company that I called and they were concerned that mice were not their specialty, so they referred me to Jeff. The first time he came out to give us a second opinion, he felt we were proceeding in the right direction by baiting with child proof baits and waiting for the bait to take effect. Instead of taking a cursory glance around the house Jeff took the time to talk about my concerns, take a good look at the areas, and found a gap between a suspended wall in our garage and the foundation that backed up to our family room. The mice had started to build a nest in the wall using a hole I had knocked in the wall a few years back. We had cleaned out the mess and repaired the wall a few days prior. When Jeff Inspected the wall he found a gap and explained how the mice had been chewing through some of the foam board, were trying to get back into the wall and could fit through this space. He told me exactly what we needed to do to Keep anything from getting into the house. My husband was out of town and when I asked how much it would be for him to fix it, he encouraged me to have my husband fix it when he got home two days later. As it would be more cost effective that paying Jeff to do it. It took a little time but in about 7-10 days, just like Jeff said, we weren't finding mouse droppings in the garage anymore. About 2 weeks later we were out front playing with our kids and were horrified when we witnessed a mouse run up and down the brick on the front of our house. I called Jeff that Sunday evening; he actually answered the phone and set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. My husband took care of the appointment and was very pleased. He checked the fix my husband did for the wall and felt it was done well. They discussed where we saw the mouse and what should be done. He put two bait stations on the corner of the house where we saw the mouse. He looked at some holes down by the creek and was pretty certain one was a mouse burrow and one might be. He baited both holes. Included in the cost he quoted was two follow up visits so we would know the problem was taken care of. Now we are 1 month later, and the first follow up. First of all, Jeff called me; I didn't have to remember to call him. When I forgot to get back with him he followed up about 3 days later. He spent a good hour with me checking the bait stations, garage, creek, and both attics. All of the bait was eaten down by the creek, so he re-baited. There was no activity in the main attic. There was a small amt of droppings in the garage attic, so he baited up there. He will follow up in about a month and he believes that we will have eradicated the problem. In a nut shell: Jeff was informative, thorough, knowledgable, answered all of my questions, called us for the followup visit, reassured me when I was anxious over the whole matter, and aware of the cost involved in him fixing the gap when my husband was easily able to do it himself.
