DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!! They will charge you for service you didn’t agree to. They also have a very unprofessional staff, considering I had to call them to find out What the issue was with my car, and then they performed work without my consent. I took my car to this establishment for a light that was on for a tire pressure sensor. First I took her to tire discounters where they looked at it, for free, and said that all the sensors are working it was probably a computer issue. I walked into Fort Mitchell garage and specifically told the guy that I was not willing to spend any more than $100 to COMPLETELY fix this problem in it’s entirety, and that it was just a pesky light i could deal with. Right there on the spot he could’ve told me that he was going to perform most likely a diagnostic on the vehicle which would cost $102.60, but would not fix the problem of the car only tell him what was wrong. Or could have called me and asked to perform i the work. In which I would have walked out of the establishment because the light wasn’t that big of an issue. After I had to call them ( how unprofessional for a mechanic) to find out what was wrong with my car, they informed me that they did a diagnostic and then I would need to pay an additional 250 or 650 to fix the problem in it’s entirety, all this after I told him that I didn’t want to spend any more than $100 to fix the problem all together. I went back out there and try to explain to the guy that I never agreed to have the diagnostic check performed. Yet they called the police on me when I took my car back. What if they would have said that they ran a $3000 test on my vehicle and that I owe them for that??? It was a complete screw job, and the staff and owners were completely and entirely unprofessional throughout the whole situation. I even have the owner on video where I recorded him saying yeah I know you told me that you weren’t willing to spend 100 to fix the vehicle, yet he took the liberty to charge me 102 to inspect the vehicle?!? AWFUL SERVICE!!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!

Initially I was satisfied. This place was very clean and organized. Joe took the time to understand the problem and answer any of my questions. I thought it was fair that I was charged for several hours of work even though they did not find a solution to the problem. My opinion changed when I investigated the problem myself. I pulled the taillight sockets and immediately noticed they were burned. After replacing the sockets and the connecting wires the problem went away. The entire process took less than 90 minutes. I don't understand why the most obvious cause of the problem was overlooked and the mechanic spent 3 hours looking for other problems.

I don't really know where to start.  We bought our vehicle from Drivetime almost 3 years ago and it has been in the shop about 6 months of that time.  It is a certifed LEMON.  There have been many stressful days and many tears shed over the abuse that we have received from Drivetime and from Aeverex our warranty company.  However,  Ron and his staff have been the shining light through all of it.  He has taken the time to help us fight through our situation one battle at a time.  We have had to replace the transmission, the electrical system, brakes and many other major components of the vehicle.  We suffered through 2 years of having our batteries run dead for no apparent reason and numerous days we could not drive our car because no other mechanic could figure out what was wrong with it.  Ron spent quality time taking apart and retaking apart each piece of the electrical system to find out what was wrong with the vehicle. When he finally figured it out and it came time to fix the vehicle Drivetime and Aeverex did not want to pay for any of it.  Ron kept our vehicle safe and secure during this 3 month ordeal and made sure that he documented everything.  Needless to say Drivetime ended up paying for over $3000 worth of repairs for free because of the fact that we have had so many issues with this van.  Ron made sure that every "I" was dotted and every "T" was crossed.  He tested pir van numerous times before he would allow us to pick it up.  His staff also cleaned our vehicle which is a step above any mechanic I have ever seen.  He is currently working with us on another mess with Drivetime with a bill well over $1000 and has bent over backwards to help us get this fixed.   I will never trust another mechanic as I do Ron and will recommend him to anyone.  He has been a blessing throughout our ordeal and my husband and I will be forever grateful for all that he and his staff have done for us.  After what we have been through it is hard to trust anyone but I can honestly say there are still good people in this world.

I haven’t used him for a while but he does excellent work and he is a good guy. He is very professional because of the job he has done to a couple of my cars. I’ve only dealt with him personally but it was very professional. The price was very competitive. He is the guy.

I have been going to them for a long time.  We recently bought a brand new car, so we're not using them now.  I have used them since 1995.  They're easy to talk to, and they're family owned which is a big deal with me.  It's not a big corporation.  They actually walk out to the car with you.  I understand that they're a little expensive, but actually, I don't know for a fact that they were expensive because I never did use anybody else.  I just heard that they were expensive from other people.  They are good mechanics!  Whenever they have to keep my car and I needed a car, they've always provided one. 

They are great. They've hustled with insurance companies to make sure new parts get installed on cars after accidents. They've saved me from buying bad cars because of the $79 diagnostic.

They are privately owened, it is a father and son. Things went very well. The car is running properly.

He was great. He quoted a price, and then he actually drove me home because I did not have another car. He worked on my car and gave me a call a couple of days later, and it was the exact price that he said it would be. I went to pick it up, and he actually had someone drive my old car back for me because I had a new car by then. My experience with him was great. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

Good have been to Ft Mitchell last year will continue to go back.

As always, every thing went well. They kept us informed on the progress of the repair and even returned our rental car for us

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH NOT ONLY THE SERVICE, BUT THE PRICE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL WITH PHONE CALLS DIAGNOSING THE CAR'S PROBLEMS AND WERE ACCURATE WITH ESTIMATE. THEY FINISHED THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER!

IN NATURAL SUNLIGHT, YOU CANNOT EVEN TELL THAT IT WAS TOUCHED-UP. RON STAMM AND HIS DAD DID QUALITY WORK ON OUR VEHICLE.

PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HAD TO CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO SEE IF CAR WAS READY.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND FOUGHT FOR US WHEN IT CAME TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

THEY'RE JUST EXCELLENT.

I LIKE THEIR SERVICE.
