 + -1 moreWhile it took a little longer than expected, it was very well done. The machine has seldom been so clean, and a collection of seed casings that had built up at the exit of the motor cooling airflow path was removed without my having remarked about it! I was given good assistance in off and on-loading the machine from and to my trailer, too.
Description of Work: Replaced a control cable, sharpened the 3 blades, really cleaned up the machine

Description of Work: Riding mower repair: flat tire, mower wouldn't start,possibly something stuck underneath. They kept leading me on about how long it would take. I called three different times and was given the run around. They never called me back when promised. They had my mower 8 weeks and didn't even look at it. I had to make 3 trips there. First I was told they needed to charge the battery. Next they were "pulled off the job" Then when it was time to fix the flat, after waiting a long time and watching the guy (Jason) who was working on my mower, frantically searching the shelves, he has me follow him out in the repair shop. He tells me they are out of inner tubes, and suggested either I buy a new tire for around $60 to $90 or go to Wal-mart and buy the part and they would install. This after telling me my mower would be done 2 hours earlier that day.By now I had driven over a half hour each way, three times. I finally had enough and told them to fix it no matter where they had to get the inner tube, as I wasn't leaving until then. Miraculously, the technician returned with an inner tube a short time later and fixed the flat. They tried to blame the person who did the ordering for being out of stock, etc. etc. I apologized for going off on the guy (although I had been beyond patient at this point, and he had certainly deserved it), but then he made a derogatory remark about me as I was leaving. I am a woman and was made to feel insignificant. The men there either ignored me or took their sweet time waiting on me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Epic fail on all points! |

 + -1 moreI brought a carb from a Briggs and Stratton lawn mower to the shop. I told them the type and model. They said I had to go home and get them more numbers. Even though I had the part with numbers on the part, they couldn't figure it out. When I came home and tried to call them with the information, I spent 15 minutes on hold before I finally hung up. The guy at the service window barely looked up from the paper he was writing on, and the overall attitude and service was horrible. I won't be back there again.

 + -1 moreThey are right in line with everybody. Price wise, they're fine. They're a very large dealership with a good variety of equipment, but, their service is very good. They are very prompt, and actually picked up my riding lawnmower about an hour ago. I give them the highest ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
