We have two urinals in our home, yes, urinals, it helps when you have 4 boys and all their friends. Anyway, I noticed the basement urinal was leaking with every flush, so I called them at 9:30 in the morning. Because we are Diamond Members they put us on the priority list for today. They originally had me on the list in the 4pm to 8pm time slot and said they would call 20 minutes before they showed up. At 1:00pm I received a call from the home office asking if it would be ok to move me up earlier because they would be available. I told them I had a 30 minute window I was not going to be around for due to carpooling children and they assured me they would call before they came out. The home office called to let me know the technician was leaving Lexington and he would be to Georgetown within 30 minutes. When he arrived, David, the Technician covers his shoes with plastic red booties, like that's necessary with boys running around, but he insists. I showed him the bathroom and he gets right to work. I flushed the urinal and a steady stream started running down the wall. He said it was probably a broken seal, much like a toilet and that it would have to be replaced. They have a price list for everything, so he went to get his equipment and a quote. I left him to do his thing and I went back to work. He found me 20 minutes later to tell me the seal was not bad, just not installed properly, so he tightened it and everything is great. So instead of charging me $150 plus for removing it, he only had to charge me the $59 standard service call price, and the $49 price for repairing the leak. That was awesome, but then he gave me a coupon from the truck to save me even more. He was in and out in less than 40 minutes, my urinal is fixed and my wallet was spared. I love these guys.
