Very well. Kennedy called to confirm arrival time, was prompt , answered questions, knew what doing, polite, did a good job, left no mess.

He explained me the problem and fixed it! Great!

Technician (plumber) was rude and had a poor attitude. Very unprofessional. Acted bothered to be working in my home. I had to finally give him the option to leave my home and I would call someone else from his company to come fix the problem caused by their parent company’s HVAC division. He promptly took my offer. Unimpressed.

We canceled--chose a family friend instead.

The job went fine. It took two days to complete the work. It was an extensive repair including jackhammering out 8 inches of concrete and removing 8 feet of external sore love however they did it in a timely fashion and based on the circumstances.

We love working with Tony (plumber) and Joe B (sales) at H2O Maestro. Tony does great work and is a true professional. Highly recommend!

Removal of old faucet and installation of new went as expected.

It was fantastic. They're reliable and they don't charge you if they do something that don’t work. They are responsive and they do actual work.

Overall, my experience with them has been good. They were very good about responding quickly and fixed the problem. They have a real person who answers the phone unlike some companies that have a recording. They have a connections with their worker hence their workers get content very easily. I think it was a fair price for an emergency situation like that.

The person who scheduled the call was polite and courteous. I asked for an estimate and was told that the phone reps aren't technicians and the technician would have to see the job, but the estimate was free. The plumber was also courteous and professional. My wife loved the fact that he put on little booties before entering our house so he wouldn't track dirt onto the carpet. I thought the estimate was a bit higher than I thought, but my parents always told me you get what you pay for. I wanted professional service, a high-end, well known product and that's what we received! The people on the phone and the plumber (and his assistant) were awesome.

They wanted to charge me for a service call $ 69.00 plus the installation. After talking for 45 minutes to 5 people I told them I did not need them but after about an hour they called back and said that I could call a plumber that had just retired from thier company to do the work I tolded them NO thanks I will do the work myself. This is one customer that is p***** off and it will not stop here if I can discredit this company I will.

They work with Fayette Heating and Air. However, they have an inclusive club you can join. This makes it very easy and convenient to use. They always are able to provide same day service. I am very happywith them. They also give discounts on any work done.

Very professional.  Clean and came on Saturday morning early.  We called Friday night.  The piping was repaired by 11:00am and the gas company called to turn the gas back on.  We also signed up for their maintenance program.  20% off of that days service.  I would call them again.

Great experience start to finish!  Very courteous and professional.  One-day job.  Showed on time and worked until all was finished...no excessive breaks, no excuses.  Quality work & materials plus "free" advice on tackling the remainder of plumbing work I intended to do myself (valves, sinks, faucets, harware, etc.).  Definitely go with H2O Maestro...this is the third job I've had them do and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Discovered galvanized supply pipes were rusted through and received 4 different quotes. H2O was not the cheapest but by far the most professional. Kevin Pearl was the lead plumber who has replaced all the galvanized with copper (my request) along with relocating a toilet, shower and vanity drain. They have always called prior to showing up at home. Always clean and professional in appearance as well as working with me on my changes. The price included a new water heater, all copper replacement pipes and services.

They have been very professional and courteous. They show up on time to complete the work.

I found them on Angie's List.  They are friendly, punctual, and do what they say they are going to do.  Their work seems to be very good.

Called this company on 4/11 because I had previous experience with one of their plumbers. I was able to talk with him Kevin Pearl -- over the phone for an estimate of the replacement. He called their supplier to see when they could get the faucet I wanted and the cost. While I could get the faucet from Amazon for less, we decided that it was better to buy from this company in order to get the full warranty without further cost should something be wrong with the faucet. Kevin showed up about 1/2 way through the 4 hour period of anticipated arrival. He was able to complete the installation within 1 1/2 hours on 4/13 (needed one day to receive the faucet from the supplier). Kevin was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I definitely will have this company do future plumbing work for me.

Technician called as agreed about 30 minutes before arrival.  He was friendly and professional.  He put on booties when he came into the house to protect our carpet.  Total service call lasted about 3 hours.   Current issues including leaks were fixed and potential issues were addressed as well.   Technician was knowledgeable and thorough.   Will definitely call them again if we have further plumbing needs.

Work in the crawl space was very difficult and dirty.  Two plumbers worked most of a day to re-route the pipes and relocate the shut-off.
