Diamond Shine Cleaning of Kentucky LLC

I setup service for April 21st and took time off to coordinate with other contractors that I had coming to the house. Jessica of Diamond Shine didn't call and didn't follow-up on the plans for the day. When I contacted her, she said that she was out of town and forgot that it had been scheduled for that day. She said that she had it down for the following week. I tried to reschedule for May 3rd. After she scheduled that with me, she sent me a note back that it couldn't be done then because her person that cleans gutters couldn't work that day. I tried to setup another time to do the work and was unsuccessful. Jessica said she was out of town again with poor cell service but would call me when she returned to town, which she never did. I tried again to get in touch with her a week after my last contact. I finally gave up because it became very clear to me that she either wasn't interested in doing the work or that I would have to keep hounding her to get a time scheduled. This was really a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend Diamond Shine.
