Dr. Armstrong was very gentle and professional. The treatment was effective although it may require more than a several visits. The office/clinic provides a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the billing was easy and no hidden fees. We were very satisfied with Dr. Armstrong.

Everything went well. She's thorough, yet takes as much time as needed. Her staff is well trained and the other staff who work there are also well trained in their positions.

She is extremely professional. I think she really knows what she's doing. Her professionalism makes me comfortable. She sits you down for an interview and takes a health history. She is actually a medical doctor. She has given up practicing traditional medicine in favor of doing strictly acupuncture.

Dr. Wrightson diagnosed me as depressive and seemed to feel my symptoms were exaggerated.  I should add that I had just completed my fourth recurrence of breast cancer (the first round beginning in 2000) and had at that point received more than half a dozen different chemotherapeutic drugs.  The stomach problems I had (and still have) began during chemo.

Dr. Wrightson's manner did not suggest that he felt my concerns to be significant, though he did schedule me for a complete heart work-up (which was unnecessary, given that my heart had been regularly monitored with MUGA scans and echocardiograms due to the chemo drugs I had taken).  He also scheduled tests that were not immediately necessary (such as my second bone density test, when the first one had not shown any osteopenia).  He did send me for an endoscopy and colonoscopy, which were warranted.

Either he was being overly conscientious or he was trying to make money for the practice when he scheduled the unneeded tests.  I do know that my insurance company wrote to me about them and that I had to go through some extra hassles with them because of this spate of tests.

The upshot of my experience was that I did not trust Dr. Wrightson and did not want to return to him.  I also found that the wait times in the the practice continued to grow longer during this time period.  In addition, the office staff pulled the wrong chart on two of my visits.  All of which contributed to my sense of not being in good hands.

She spends time with the patients to find out what is wrong.  She sends me out for tests or x-rays if needed.

I have been receiving excellent care from this physician for ten years.  Cannot say enough about how caring and considerate they are.  I have always had my concerns addressed.

Was looking for a new internal medicine doctor, so upon a friend's recommendation went to BG Medical Group. the doctor that I saw was punctual and professional, but was judgmental and overbearing. Did not care for the experience at all.
